These shoes are absolutely beautiful, just like in the pictures. Delivery was very fast, and they are exactly as shown and incredibly comfortable

Good morning, I was trying to return a pair of trainers and on the paperwork you can't take the item back to Matalan you have to send direct to Linzi. The QR Code that you were asking to click into was a scam and I ended up going into Coin Cashgames, by luck my bank stopped them receiving £59.99 for these trainers. At present I am still trying to send these back and I'm at a lost now how to do it. Very upset and will not be ordering through Matalan again for Linzi shoes. Regards, Elizabeth

Bought sandals from Linzi through matalan on line. If you want to return them you have to do it directly to Linzi. When I tried to return them it came up as non-refundable. No reason given, nothing on matalan site to say you couldn’t return them when I ordered. Now stuck with sandals I don’t want. I wouldn’t buy from them again & would recommend to others not to use this company.

Great comfortable shoes I come back time and time again

I bought 2pairs of shoes only one pair fitted and I was told I can’t return the other pair so won’t use you again very disappointed

My loveeeely espadrille wedges arrived sooner than expected. They are beautiful. A great price too. I have bought them for a summer wedding, go with my dress perfectly. Easier on the feet than stilettos. I don't think I will be able to wait till August to wear them though.

Can't fault ordering and delivery.unfortunately I forgot about my feet needing a wide fit and these were too narrow. Can't send back as were bought from the outlet,so stuck with a lovely pair of sandals I can't wear😔

Thank you Linzi customer service have got in touch and there was a misunderstanding between being given a refund or a credit.
I have now been told I will receive a refund so thank you hence I have changed experience and feedback

I ordered a pair of trainers and received an odd pair, 2 completely different trainer types. I suppose mistakes happen but the service I have received since to rectify hasn't been good at all. Email responses were of a blame me attitude. I won't be ordering again.

I love my shoes, they look fabulous and are so comfortable. The finish is equal to shoes that I have bought which are 3 times more expensive.

I absolutely love Linzi shoes....i have had quite a few pairs of shoes here... they are my go to first whenever i need shoes....They arrive very quickly and i have never had to send anything back.....Great company....

Ordered and Evri lost it which Linzi has proof off but still no replacement shoes sent or a refund. Awful customer service.

I bought the sliders and wedges. They came in record time. Both pairs packaged really well. They both looked and felt great. Amazing purchase will definitely be buying from here again.
