Presley sling back kitten heels I purchased the cream pair, looked stunning. Left the house in them for a night out and they absolutely crippled me. Left with sore toes and blisters. Such a shame. I have shoes in very similar style and heel height which cause me no problems.

Absolutely love Linzi only discovered it recently and have been absolutely delighted with all my orders. All my orders have arrived in 2 days, perfectly packaged and love all my shoes. This is now my "go to site" and have recommended to all my friends

I ordered three pairs of shoes nearly 3 weeks ago and Evri failed to deliver them. They were expected 2 weeks ago now. Linzi are refusing to give a refund until they receive the items back from Evri despite me never receiving them. In total that’s over £100 that they’ve retained for a service I’ve not received. The customer service has been really poor and I will not be using them again. Extremely disappointed and I would caution others about their delivery and refund policies.

I ordered and paid for 2 pairs of shoes last night and paid for express delivery because I need them for an event for this weekend. The website says with express delivery that they dispatch them the next day and the delivery should be on the next working day.
Today in the afternoon I have received and email from Linzi that they are currently experiencing technical issues with the Evri parcelshop.

They asked me whether I'd like them to resend my order to my delivery address, or whether I'd prefer a full refund?
I answered back that I would like them to resend my order as long as I receive it in the next 2 days because I need the shoes for an event this weekend.
Since then they have not answered me at all and that is very frustrating.
It is also so worrying that there are other people who have had very bad experience with Linzi and are waiting for more then 2 months on refunds and that the company is not even replying to emails!

Loved the packaging and easy to get within three days , I love the shoes I bought, so comfy and absolutely stunning
