Ksenia was a fantastic consultant, really listened to me and understood exactly what I wanted. She was understanding and very patient with a skincare newbie! Really appreciated how they took my budget into consideration too, could not recommend enough!

I had struggled with my skincare for a very long time, but last year when I came across Lionne that completely changed! I have never found such a trustworthy and devout skincare organisation, that really takes the time to understand your skin and your concerns. I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone - they really know their stuff! No sponsors or funny business - just pure skincare! So amazing!!!

I've seen Megan from Lione/ne a few times and would highly recommend their sessions! Megan is super lovely and very easy get on with; she will listen to all of your skin concerns and give you personalised, tailored advice without all the BS! And the sessions themselves were really enjoyable too!

Before seeing Lione/ne I was really confused about my skin type and issues, and would readily jump onto any of the latest faddy brands that had a great marketing budget. I definitely spent far too much money on a mish-mash of expensive products in pretty bottles that didn't really do anything to improve my skin or stop my breakouts.

Megan did a full in-person 360 review of my skin and helped me to streamline my bathroom cabinet so I had a really tight, simple yet considered routine. She recommended me the right combination of products that would work in tandem to respond to my specific skin needs, and no-nonsense cosmeceutical brands I'd never heard of. I really appreciated how educational and empathetic her approach was; Megan genuinely cared that I understand my skin's mood, state and issues as well as the benefits of various key ingredients which I used to find so confusing (you hear a lot in advertising and it's really hard to cut through the noise and take away what really works for you). She devised a personal weekly "timetable" for me to follow and I saw visible improvements in my skin over time. She also gave me loads of lifestyle tips. I had a shorter virtual follow-up session with Megan half a year later so that I could update my routine to align with the weather changes.

I was a bit sceptical before seeing Lione/ne (despite the fact I so readily believed branded sales people) because I'd seen dermatologists in the past and didn't understand how Lione/ne's non-medical offering could actually be more beneficial (it is btw). However, my sister convinced me and after my sessions with Megan I couldn't recommend Lione/ne enough to all my friends, as they really helped me to transform my approach to skincare! I'll be continuing to see Megan whenever my skin next feels it needs an upgrade in routine or if it's reacting to weather changes again! Thank you so much Lione/ne :)

I would really recommend approaching Lion/ne London if you are having skin troubles and get overwhelmed when trying to buy skincare products. Not only did they ask about my skin concerns, but also about my lifestyle which I found was really unique to a skin practice.

The tailored 'shopping list' they provided to me, and additional lifestyle recommendations, has been really useful to date, and when I didn't get along with a moisturizer they kindly replaced it for me free of charge.

Lovely service provided by lovely people, will definitely be re-booking my 3-month catch-up soon!

I had a session virtually with Megan and Lion/ne. IT was amazing. She really knows SO MUCH about skin and got to the bottom of some weird skin issues I had been having. I was doing some things and using some products that were actually making my skin and aging process worse because I didn't know how to help myself. I am so glad to finally be on a path of improving the health and age of my skin. I am 50 years old and Megan is giving me confidence. I am looking forward to linking her up with a session for my college age daughter too! So glad I did this session. Megan sent me a detailed shopping list with links for many products to keep it super easy for me too. Cannot recommend enough! And its so nice to find a company that doesn't push just one brand. They really just recommend what each person needs for their skin in a variety of brands from fancy ones to drug store brands.

I've never really taken my skincare seriously and also found it quite overwhelming - just being sold to and not knowing if I was being ripped off or if it was even necessary. The team was so helpful and friendly and really broke the steps down for me - since using their recommendations and routine, I now feel I am doing the right thing for my skin and the results speak for themselves! I have been struggling with my skin for years, always trying to fix it on my own by looking up the newest trend. Obviously, putting random products on my face didn't work, it only made my skin more sensitive and look even worse.
My consultation with Megan was brilliant and I was so delighted to receive my personalised shopping list as well as a calendar showing when to use each product. I have started my new routine about a week ago now (slow introduction of each new product), and my skin already looks a lot happier!

I came out of my first consultation with such helpful information about my skin, the info was so in-depth but also easy enough for me to understand and apply to my everyday without feeling lost or intimidated. The consultation was personal, intimate and Megan made me feel like I had everything I needed. I also didn't feel pressured to buy anything, everything was within my price range and reasonable for what I was getting. I've also noticed a huge difference since in applying my new regimen.

I had such a great experience with Ksenia at Lion/ne. My skin had been really dehydrated and lackluster during lockdown and she helped me go through all of my products and choose which ones were good for my skin and the issues I was facing. My breakouts have drastically decreased in frequency and in size and my skin is a much better texture. Seriously the consultation has saved me so much time and money trying different products and frustration dealing with when they don't work for me. I've been recommending them to all of my friends.

I honestly could not recommend this business highly enough. The communication and customer service was exceptional, but the real selling point is that they tailor their suggestions to your personal needs - your skin type, budget, preferences around products (e.g. organic vs. synthetically created).

They talk you through the huge range of skin care products that would be best for you and suggest brands that your typical beautician or GP would not be aware of.

If you are feeling confused or concerned about your skin care regime then I'd strongly recommend getting in touch with their lovely team. It's made my skin care cheaper and more well informed after years of challenging conversations with skin care experts.

I had a cupboard full of skincare products that I'd purchased over the years because I liked the branding or thought they would work for my skin. But with inflamed, oily skin and acne developing in multiple places, I decided I needed help from skincare experts.

The service was easy and thorough, and the team was so friendly and really listened to my concerns and questions. I was given suggested products to purchase with a skincare routine and I was walked through exactly how to use each item (perfect for a total novice!).

I've also spoken to the team via text a few times with follow up questions and they've been so helpful, even after my initial consultation.

And now I can say that less than 2 x weeks in, my skin is looking SO much better! It's been an absolute game-changer.

Megan did an amazing job listening to my skin concerns and reviewing my skin routine. She gave me personalized advice (and followed up in documented form) for how to ditch what wasn’t working, modify usage to meet my skin’s needs, and enhance with targeted new product recommendations.
