One Supplier, Every Machine, Zero Grounds for Complaint
We have had an excellent experience working with Liquidline. They have supplied more than 230 coffee machines across our business, including a mix of bean-to-cup and soluble models, as well as selected consumables. They also manage the planned and reactive maintenance of our machines and have taken on the servicing of equipment supplied by other providers. This gives us one dependable partner for coffee machine maintenance across our entire estate.
From the outset, Liquidline made a complex rollout feel straightforward. They coordinated site surveys, worked closely with our third-party facilities management provider and liaised directly with our contactless payment supplier. Their team consistently demonstrates professionalism, flexibility and a genuine commitment to finding the right solution.
A special mention must go to our National Account Manager, Darcey Brown. Darcey’s proactive communication, responsiveness and consistently high level of customer service give our teams real confidence that everything is being taken care of. Liquidline reliably meets its SLAs and responds quickly whenever support or a new solution is needed. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

As always Lee sorted out our problem…
As always Lee sorted out our problem with the coffee machine and the milk dispenser not working. We have been having issues on going for a while now. It seems the only person that can sort it is Lee. Ben came and helped and he went into it straight away and fixed it with Lee he was brilliant. So from now on the two main people we will want to fix our machine is Lee and Ben.

Karl repaired and adjusted everything on our coffee machine, thank you! He came back the next day to adjust espresso shots for our taste and change water filters. Swift and professional service! :)
