Placed an order for next day delivery , they said they had to wait for items to come in stock as they had supply issues and then when they came in stock they sent tracking via dpd but that never moved, then when questioned (3 weeks after placing order) it was dpds fault as they dont show up but when I asked if could send with another delivery company they said no! On week 4 I asked for a refund and after calling / emailing and another week on and threatening legal action they refunded me but they really didn't want too! My advice for anyone STAY AWAY , GO ELSE WHERE, AVOID THE STRESS AND LIES OFF THEM!!

Do not in any circumstances buy from this company!
Over 1 month now I’ve been waiting for my order. Paid for next day delivery too. I’ve rang multiple times and spoken to a lady, who has told me it’s going to arrive and just be patient. It’s never arrived. I asked for a refund and she said she will speak to her manager and he will process the refund. It doesn’t happen!
After not receiving my refund I then got a email to say dpd was expecting my parcel from Liquor Ltd, which still hasn’t been picked up from Dpd. I hate to think how many more people they’re robbing. How hard is it for this company to give back to the money they owe people?

I ordered 2 bottles of spirit from them on 02/12/25, £51 in total. They sent them via DHL. DHL did not deliver them to me, no surprise there. I contacted Citizens Advice who advised that my contract is with Liquor Ltd. I have contacted Liquor Ltd via email 6 times and they have not replied, other than an automated reply. The first was 17/12/25 and the last on 24/12/25. I would give this company a very wide berth.

Store cancelled order 1 hr and 20 minutes after ordering awful service

Placed a order for 3 bottles of limited Edition Au vodkas Saturday night at 6 o'clock Delivered to my Door by 730 the same night . Absolutely blown away there is still companies out there with this sort of service 👏 ... will definitely be using this company again in the future..

Another perfect delivery this evening. These people are quite possibly THE nicest people to deal with. Super supportive, understanding, accommodating, professional, friendly, great communication and just all round fabulous! They have a great selection to choose from and at brilliant prices too. The website is easy to navigate and always up to date. Also have a great selection of snacks and sweets plus extras like Beer Pong kits, cups etc. Love this store in Nottingham. Thanks again guys.

We ordered cheery pink gin on line as shops don't keep this or run out. We placed our order at 6.35 and to our amazement it was delivered just 1 hour later... thats right just 1 hour.
Now that's what you call a service.
We will be using this supplier on a regular basis and paying a visit to their shop very soon.

Can't recommend highly enough.
Just need to order in the comfort in my own home and have my order delivered.
Such a wide range to choose from.
Nothing like it in Nottingham.
My favourite is Desperado Pina Colada.

Amazing customer service, the staff at both stores are friendly and easy to talk to. Wide variety of alcohol especially the slushies, I 100% recommend trying!
Definitely a go to especially if you're a student as you get discount!

The most impressive selection of alcohol and it’s always open until late. Staff are so lovely too, would recommend to everyone.

Liquor Ltd provide a Delivery Service. Staff are polite and helpful and the Delivery Drivers are polite especially Manny nice kind mature gentleman, fast delivery and very efficient.
I would recommend Liquor Ltd Alfreton Rd Nottingham and Abbey St Derby for your drinks and Slushies. Keep up the Good Service !!!
