Stop working after 2 months. Total scam, run away from them

12 month Youtube Premium acount stopped working after 2 months, no response to emails & so. I suspect this business is no more as the WhatsApp contact number does not work, nor does the support link via the website.

YouTube Premium stopped working on day 30 of a 12-month subscription. The company seems to no longer exist.

Arnaque ce vendeur, paye 60€ abonnement YouTube 12 mois, au bout de 2 mois, désactivé.

⚠️ Méfiez-vous de ce vendeur.

J’ai acheté via Rakuten un abonnement YouTube Premium annoncé comme valable 12 mois. Après seulement deux mois, l’abonnement a été désactivé sans aucune explication.

Depuis, le vendeur est totalement injoignable : aucune réponse à mes messages ni à mes relances. Rakuten, en tant qu’intermédiaire, indique ne pas pouvoir résoudre le problème.

Si vous êtes dans la même situation, ne laissez pas tomber. Faites un signalement sur SignalConso (DGCCRF) et saisissez le médiateur compétent afin de faire valoir vos droits. Plus nous serons nombreux à signaler ces pratiques, plus il sera difficile pour ce type de vendeur de continuer à agir impunément.

Pour ma part, je poursuivrai toutes les démarches nécessaires jusqu’à ce que cette situation soit réglée.

J’avais pris l’abonnement YT premium 1an…ça a bien marché pendant 6mois puis tout d’un coup plus rien. Au vu des avis je vois que je suis loin d’être le seul dans cette situation je m’estime même chanceux quand je vois que pour certains ça n’a duré que 2mois…
J’ai tenté de joindre le marchant depuis WhattsApp et depuis le site Marchand et je n’ai aucun retour

J’ai acheté YouTube premium 1 ans ça a duré seulement 4 mois. Je suis donc escroqué de 40€ .

Maintenant le vendeur répond pas il fait le mort, comme un gros voleurs .

Je ne recommande pas, ce sont des escrocs.

I left a review couple months ago. I left four stars as mentioned in review, it worked but I couldn’t use my original account and PiP function. The seller responded said I could if I set it correctly. But that’s not true. And I highly doubt they set up the accounts in India which I later found out matched the situation I had (pip function not possible).
Anyways, I ordered the membership in December 2025, yesterday 8jul 2026 when I got home, I found out my membership got cancelled. I messaged them on whatsapp but got no response at all.

I was lucky than other buyers who only had the account for 2 month. I got it for 6-7 months but still not as promised. And no refund or solution given.

J'ai acheté un pack un an (soit disant 12 mois)YouTube premium le 2 mai 2026 pour un montant de 59 €99. Il s'avère que mon compte a été désactivé le 2 juillet alors mon abonnement a duré seulement 2 mois tout le mois de mai tout le mois de juin.
C'est plus cher que YouTube mensuel.
À ce rythme c'est une arnaque si le problème n'est pas résolu par le vendeur.
J'ai envoyé un message sur la plateforme d'achat et j'attends le retour du vendeur et je vous tiendrai au courant.

I purchased a 12-month Spotify and YouTube Premium subscription through Wowcher, with Lisengo providing the subscriptions.

Both subscriptions stopped working after approximately six months. After repeated chasing, emails and phone calls, my Spotify subscription was eventually reinstated. However, despite numerous attempts to contact Lisengo regarding my YouTube Premium subscription, I’ve been completely ignored and it still hasn’t been reactivated.

I paid for a 12-month subscription, not six months. Advertising a 12-month service that stops halfway through, then failing to respond when customers try to have it corrected, is completely unacceptable.

I’m leaving this review in the hope that someone from Lisengo finally takes responsibility and resolves the issue. I simply want the remaining six months of YouTube Premium that I paid for, or an appropriate refund. If this is resolved promptly, I’ll happily update my review to reflect the outcome. Until then, I cannot recommend purchasing these subscriptions.

Found them through a fB site and sorted with in 30 minutes, spoke to them through what's app and found them to be very helpful. So far so good 👍🏻 thank you
