Great care was taken to ensure that I purchased the best power chair for my particular needs in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. I was given a really good demonstration of the power chair over various types of terrain by Paul who explained everything very clearly making me feel safe and secure. Great experience from start to finish. I was going to buy a carbon wheelchair but the gents rang me asked me questions about my lifestyle and then advised me on what to buy. There was no pushy sales just great service.

Excellent communication from all staff
Excellent communication from all staff. Everything about the wheelchairs capabilities explained well and in a friendly manner. Price was good compared to other similar products. I would use this company again.

Brilliant wheelchair
I booked a gold demo on 23/6/25. Paul talked me through the range of Lith-Tech wheelchairs and it was decided that the Smart 1 wheelchair would best suit my needs. Paul took me on a road test and very patiently showed me how to use and manoeuvre the Smart 1. I was very impressed and purchased a Smart 1. I have since had a chance to put my chair through its paces and it’s so versatile and can deal with a wide variety of situations and terrains. I would highly recommend Lith-Tech.

Great team
Great team, have bought from them before, ordered their scissor lift to get my wheelchair in the boot of my car but sadly I need to change my car as wheelchair fits just fine but no room for the lift as slope of hatchback too sloped and not the space … bother!!! They were extremely helpful and happily took back the lift and arranged collection, lovely guys, I recommend.

Exceptional service
Exceptional service, fast delivery. Product knowledge and impression of being trustworthy. One small minus, curb climbing not as high as expected, found myself running up and down the road trying to find a driveway I could get up.

Service was excellent as always
Service was excellent as always. I ordered spare wheels and a bottle holder for my husband’s chair.
They arrived next business day (I ordered them on the Friday night but due to fact don’t open weekends they sent them on the Monday morning) I had a message when they were dispatched and from the courier day of arrival with an estimated time . Well packaged.
