The fitting out of a bathroom and converting to a walk in shower was speedy. It was fitted out by Calum who made an excellent faultless conversion second to none.
However the project manager D Goss failed to take into account the existing wiring in the attic which had been in place for well over 35 years or more. A new LED mirror was disconnected by the electrician as new Brown/Blue legislation now exists. No attempt was made to connect it back in line with current requirements. The statement being made it was not in the contract!! The only reason for that was the Project Manager failed miserably to correctly assess the layout. No discussion was held on how to correct the situation. After a £14,000 fitting he said it could be connected at an extra unknown charge. With the help of the electrician chaos prevailed in the attic. A large area of insulation was torn up leaving bare plaster board ceiling.
A person was sent to rectify the situation but only completed half the job. A large area is still open to the elements.
A sad end to what started out as an enjoyable experience.

Mobility Plus designed a new bathroom for me with a walk in shower and higher toilet which has made my life much easier. The two fitters were able to start work within two days of agreeing the contract and completed the installation over four days, including a weekend. They were polite and friendly at all times, and kept me informed of their progress. They dealt calmly with several unexpected problems. I would highly recommend this company.

Before I ordered a bathroom upgrade from Mob+, I told them I lived in a leasehold flat and the Landlord needed to see proof of Public Liability Insurance for all contactors working on the property before work could start. Mob+ then took my deposit of over £14,000 but could not provide the appropriate Public Liability insurance certificates. They even had the cheek to tell me the landlord was wrong and he did not need to see the certificates. I therefore was forced to cancel which I did within their Terms and Conditions using the Cooling Off period clause. This was over three weeks ago and I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned.

Please be aware what happened to me and try another company so it does not happen to you.

Right from ordering the new bathroom until it was complete I would recommend Mobility Plus for their service and quality. Our Plumber Richard was excellent had the job completed in a few days to a high standard, he worked hard and kept the mess down to a minimal amount, cleared up when the job was completed. He was a jolly lad and approachable when we had questions. the clean up team arrived on time and took everything away. Thank you

Workman worked really hard,turned up early each day. He was polite helpful and friendly . Bathroom looks really good and will make life that little bit easier

Excellent attention from start to finish. Tyler Rodda was extremely efficient and considerate throughout the whole process, working to a high standard. The admin team with Sameer Arshad were very polite, friendly and helpful at all times. I would highly recommend this company.

Informative guidance given beforehand- no hard sell. Chris our installer was magnificent. He worked quietly with minimal disruption and completed ahead of schedule. The final result is excellent.

Excellent work done by the fitter Tom Graves with attention to detail resulting in an amazing walk-in shower. He was also very friendly, approachable and customer focussed. Well Done Tom.

There was a slight problem with front wheel I phoned them and Dan was above and beyond
He organised collection and new one sent out next day. Because im disabled and husband too he had it set up for us. I would have to. say these were exceptional circumstances i set the first one myself
I no doubt will be needing advanced equipment in future

Well installed bathroom, within time scale and by just one fitter - Barry Nunn, friendly, clean and efficient throughout the one week fitting.

Lack of communication from all agencies

Very good at giving the sales pitch.Very good as well at taking large sums of money ( Most of which was paid before work was completed).When work was
allegedly completed and their man had left site, I was left with a number of issues. The company eventually sorted most of them, but I am still (at time of writing ) waiting to have the bath panel replaced and a grab rail fitting.
I must say that considering a lot of original tiling was left in situ and bidet toilet not replaced the sum of £12,400
seems a lot excessive. The bathroom itself is approx 6ft by 6ft.
List of operations :-
1. Screed floor over existing ceramic tiles
2. Supply and install bath and washbasin.
3. Pipe new bath waste alongside old shower waste for boiler condensing pipe.
4. Install wallboards around bath+ w/basin
5. Remove old elec shower and install shower mixer tap and curtain+rail.
6. Supply and lay approx 5 sq m of vinyl
floor covering.
ALL IN ALL TOO DAMNED DEAR !!
Work is a reasonable standard but not
exactly mouthwatering.

Very competent and trustworthy installer, agreed changes as required, especially as the salesman from Motability had measured the bathroom incorrectly.

The salesman also dd not mention that I would be without a bathroom or toilet for a week, so I stayed in a local hotel to enable completion more quickly.

Very pleased with the eventual outcome. A couple of small problems were quickly solved thanks to Darryl’s excellent workmanship.

We are very pleased with the work carried out by Lee the fitter. His work is of the highest standard in every respect. He worked hard to remove our old bathroom and create for us a new shower room which looks great and works well, even down to the smallest detail. Excellent job Lee.
Thanks also to Billy, the Project Manager and to Lee Davis the Company Representative. Both Billy and Lee advised us well on what would be needed for our circumstances. The Office team were also very efficient and courteous at all times throughout the project. I would certainly recommend your Company to anyone else.
