Today I have 6 days, without being able to use the proxy that I bought for 30 days, because it does not load absolutely anything, and they do not give me any solution, they only tell me that they are working on it, and 6 days have been lost, BUT to make matters worse, neither They extend those lost days to me. WE ONLY LOSE OURSELVES, OUR TIME AND MONEY.

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY.

This is a review for the customer service. I received a fraudulent charge on my card from someone using it on this site, so I contacted their support to refund this charge and was told they would be in touch. 8 days after that I reached out again and was told the billing team has still not been in touch. Finally on day 16 I am writing this review and will be forced to dispute the charge. While I cannot speak for the product the customer service is dismal. Buyer beware.

Very bad service. I don't recommend it for use. Proxies are not working, support is not responding, there is no guide to setting up.

I was alerted by my bank that someone was trying to use my debit card for this site. They were attempting to charge me $4.99. I had never even heard of this site until that message and my account is frozen for now due to this. Reading some other comments, I'm not the only person this happened to, so what is going on here?

There are too many loopholes in your system, I purchased a 4.99 day rotation agent, I set it to change once every 5 minutes, but they never changed it once

I spent my money, I didn't get the service and I didn't use the agent, so it was a waste of money!

Four charges from LITPORT for $24.99 each appeared on my debit card over nine days. After chatting online with Joe, he had the charges reversed. I still don't know *why* LITPORT charged me, since I never even opened their website(s), and I never use my debit card without being sure I am on a legitimate website. Something funny is going on if I’m charged by a service I never used with no explanation, why I changed review to 2 stars.

Proxies themselves are fast, but the most amazing thing is that they are stable. They allow me to work with many accounts without any problems.

Bought a 24 hour mobile proxy to test their service. The proxy was giving me an sll error on the site i whitelisted which is on their list of sites their proxy is supposed to work with. Messages customer service on the site almost 24 hours no reply lost my 2.99 because it's crypto and their card portal doesn't work (likely on purpose). Steer clear of these guys and never pay crypto you're not willing to loose

I bought an agent in New York. Why did I jump to New Jersey? My ID is 2471415 and 2487063. Didn't reply to me after looking for customer service, service attitude is not very good

I got a random charge of $98.65 from this company. I don't even understand or know what they provide. Sounds like a scam business.
