Excellent choice for bulky waste disposal
Really quick, efficient and easy to deal with. Booking system is intuitive and flexible and pricing is reasonable. Finally, the drivers who came to collect our waste (bed and mattress) were friendly, courteous and very can do in their attitude. Recommended!

Wow!
Wow, straight forward and efficient service. We are having to declutter our house before a new family addition and so have a lot of mixed household junk to get rid off, mainly all black bin material. This company not only kept me updated on the day (you can even track the driver) but also on arrival, there was no fuss and the guys finished the job in no time. We will definitely be using again and would recommend to friends.

Appalling service
Booked a collection 5 days in advance and paid for it. They cancelled it and rearranged 3 times before eventually completing the job. On the day I was told that when I received a link they would be half an hour, they arrived 2 and a half hours later, Driver and his mate were friendly and efficient and did the job once they arrived. Live tracker is neither a tracker nor live. I have a disability and made it clear I cannot speak on the phone despite which they attempted to call me several times even after being reminded again and again. This is a clear breach of the requirement for reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act 2010. I would not use them again and cannot recommend them.

Terrible service
Terrible service. They cancelled my collection on the day it was meant to be collected and rescheduled it for the following day without my confirmation. I tried to call the customer service number 4 times. Was kept on hold for 15-20 minutes each time and then was cut off. Eventually customer service called me back. I asked if they could confirm that as my collection has been moved to the following day please can they prioritise and collect early in the morning. They said they can only give a timeframe of 8am - 6pm. This meant I had to make new arrangements with my landlord to hand my keys back, I had to take time off work and also find a carer for my elderly Father who I look after. All with absolutely no notice. Customer service team offered me a discount of 10% which I don't believe is fair compensation. I asked for a manager to contact me to discuss this and although the customer service advisor said he would arrange this, I have still not received any contact from a manager. Collection drivers when they eventually turned up were great however the customer service department and the guys managing logistics are terrible and have no understanding of the stress and inconvenience they cause by failing to collect on the date which has been agreed and paid for.

Very disappointed with lack of…
Very disappointed with lack of communication and not fulfilling appointment, I waited from 8am and then called them at noon to ask what was going on.
Had to cancel another appointment due to Litta not coming to remove household items as scheduled.

Litta are simple to use and are supported by a great team!
Litta provides a great way to safely dispose of pretty much any kind of 'stuff'. If not on their list of specific items, you can just have a 'load' with a cubic size and weight and they will collect that.
I had a problem with my booking - the incorrect house number crept in. Piotr was brilliant in fixing that an upgrading my original request to include a larger 'load'.
Makes a garage / house clearance straightforward - especially for items the recycling centres don't take!
Not cheap, but a great service supported by a great team.

Extra fee and no Digital Waste Transfer Note
I was charged an extra £50 "day fee" after completing credit card details and, after querying this, was offered a refund but this has not materialised to date. Most worryingly, I have not yet received the Digital Waste Transfer Note for the collection which was made 2 weeks ago (on 30th July), according to the company's website, this should have been emailed to me within 10 minutes of the collection. I would not use this company again.

Sofa removal
1) original quote £159.50 rang to ask a question and price went up to £165 wouldn’t honour quote.
2) 8 am-6pm slot but wouldn’t give an approximate time when they must have had a schedule on the day.
3) went out to get a coffee next door and text to say 22 mins away got back five minutes later to find a message saying they had arrived!
4) rang office not picking up eventually assistant said they would ring back.
5) low and behold they arrived causing undue stress
