Poor quality product, rubbish service
Purchased one of the phone cases in June, received it late in July but not overly fussed that it was delivered later than expected.

The issue came when, after only 4-months of use, the sides of the case are now pulling away from the back.

Very clearly a manufacturing fault, as the case has actually not been called upon to 'save' my phone from a fall, nor do I peel the case off by the sides where the issue has occurred (I use the corners as they're sturdier).

I contacted LET, expecting them to perform a straight swap for another case. No skin off their teeth, I've paid £20 for it but it probably costs them £5 to manufacturer.

Nope. They've flat out said that as it's 4-months old, they won't replace it. Instead, they've offered me 20% off my next purchase.

Safe to say I won't be purchasing from them again, so no need for the code.

Pretty ridiculous service, if they had replaced the case I'd sing their praises but they've left a sour taste in my mouth after their response to my legitimate product issue.

Avoid.

I ordered a phone case for my wife for Christmas. The item arrived in a timely manner, matched exactly to what was advertised, and was of good quality. Happy with the service and no complaints.

I have used this perfect little company for several purchases. The pricing is good delivery on time and very well worth supporting.

Love the product - took a little while (a week?) to arrive but a nice colourful case with a handy adjustable lanyard so very useful for my purposes (getting on and off narrow boats while still having my phone close to hand for photos). Not designed for ‘sporting’ occasions so if you want something truly robust for hikes etc, this probably isn't it, but for our purposes it held up well.

The best feature of my purchase is the little pull- out stand at the back of the case which can be used to hold my mobile in an elevated position and frees my hands whilst reading messages.

Purchased for my son. It was an easy purchase process and delivered as promised. It has proven to be a sturdy phone case (as a pre teen is the owner it gets a good test!). Case has card holder, which was one of main criteria, and is really handy.
