I ordered a Santa letter for our son. Clicked on the link that Littlebird provided. Filled in the form and paid the fee, with the promise of delivery “early December”. Write twice to the third party supplier - no response, twice to Littlebird - no response and now we fly in two days, no time to get a Santa letter for him from elsewhere - thanks very much for the rubbish service.
I had a problem with my ticket and had the most amazing customer service from Lizzie! She helped sort out my problem and was so kind and helpful, Thank you so much Lizzie!
I would like to take this opportunity and say a heartfelt thank you for such a great website. Being a single mother, me and the children have benefitted so much from your family pass and I’ve always enjoyed reading the blog posts.

Looks good on paper, then they increase prices without any notification. Initially started in 2019, and as paid via PayPal I never noticed anything, especially as never had any notification about increase in prices. Initially it was cost effective, then they increased annual payment, then hid further increases by doing it monthly. Not used for 2 years, as every offer I have looked at, is cheaper direct. Just be wary they do increase pricing without any notification, hence they take money out without giving you option to continue.
I signed up for a pound... 1 months trial.. I have not used a single offer as Covid kicked in.. They have taken nearly 100 pound out of my bank account without warning.. no email to advise of upcoming payments.. Nothing.. Steer well clear would be my advice..
Update: LittleBird have refunded half of my money and offered me a free year of membership..Just make sure you read the T's & C's carefully..
I signed up for a 3 month free trial, but due to covid it was less than useful and there was no way I was going to be getting my monies worth.
Promptly forgot about it until I was whacked with a £34.99 renewal charge. No notice, no warning, nothing.
When trying to exercise my 14 day right to cancel, I was instead offered a discounted rate which I refused - as this company's practice of trying to lock people into a contract with no reminder is considered unfair under the competitions and markets authority, and I personally find it abhorrent.
I continued to press for a refund and was informed it would be processed within 7 days.
Over a month later I am still waiting for my refund, having followed up and been ignored.
Update: refund issued ASAP and offered a free pass for inconvenience caused.
I still have an issue with the fact that notice of renewal was not served.
I appreciate in this instance, this was an anomaly due to the personal circumstances of the case handler.

I’m so glad and grateful that I found littlebird! The family pass has been great during lockdown, I found some brilliant educational apps and websites. Also some great toys and games. I have needed all the help I can get!! Can’t recommend highly enough thank you littlebird.
Having run out of things to keep the kids going during lockdown and home learning, I discovered the Family Pass from LittleBird. They have loads of great ideas for home fun, from arts and crafts supplies, to magazine subscriptions which we've made use of recently. I can't wait til things open up again and I can use my pass for days out. Great little site!
Bought membership in February 2020 thinking we'd save loads on events and outings. Didn't use it once, I guess partly due to Covid. Anyway, thought it was a one off payment, not an automatic renewal membership. No notice that my year was almost up. On checking my bank statement, I see I've been charged for another year. Emailed them via their site on 11th Feb, 22nd today and still no response. Not happy
UPDATE: So, it seems their contact form is less successful than the actual contact email. Have emailed them and they've come back super fast to make me happy. So whilst I started this review with 1 star, I've now upgraded it to 4 stars due to their customer service. If they would let 'members' know they're about to be charged for another year, I would have gone to 5 stars.

Pre-pandemic and lock-down, I felt that our family was able to take advantage of a few offers, particularly on dining out opportunities. This helps extract value from the annual membership fee.
I did recently get a renewal notice of £34.99 from LittleBird, which did annoy me somewhat at first; however, their customer service team did respond to me quickly with options and they resolved my matter straight away. I really hope that a vaccine is found soon, so that all families can start to feel some sense of normality and to get out and enjoy some fun events.
bought this for my grandaughter and she absoluteley loves it. i get lovely pictures of things she has made.

You then aren’t taking phone calls only emails, how do you suggest l cancel the subscription!

I had used LittleBird for a year as bought a pass for £12.50 offer and didn’t know that today they have taken £34,99 from my bank account for another year with no warning of this . We as re on lockdown and lost jobs last week and can’t go anywhere. Would like this this refunded please.

We took our eldest daughter to her first ballet with Let's All Dance recently which she hasn't stopped talking about since. Highly recommended.
