Why is no one talking abt little box shoe quality. The price are quite reasonable for a good shoe yet they provide such cheap quality shoe. It hardly last for a month. I ordered one mary jane shoe. It was torn in two weeks meaning the sole got detached. I thought maybe i was just in bad luck. Tried buying another shoe with different design. It literally broke in half, in a month. Soo dissappointed n absolutely waste of money.

My Order is #2033566.I canceled 2 outfits worth Rs 1348. I got refund of Rs 848 only. My order had 4 outfits, only two were B1G1, other two were not on B1G1 which was canceled. Littlebox duped me.
My other orders 1889135 and 1879642, I partially canceled as they took 40 days and yet couldn't manufacture. They said they refunded but not sharing transaction details with me. I paid through UPI mandate. Bank mandate has already expired, I received no refund.

This app is so fake. I returned one item and they credited my amount as a voucher which should be applicable for 1 year . In just 3,4 days I purchased one item and they said voucher is expired.
They didn't tell me this earlier. My recommend u all to not purchase from this app.

Order a top did not like it so paid 200 extra and exchanged it with a dress.. Now this dress is so weird that it doesn’t go through my head the neck is so so so small.. i highly doubt even if kids can go through it.

I ordered dress for my bday 2 weeks back. And to my surprise I actually got the delivery within 5 days. Quality and fitting were exactly as shown and what I was expecting so it is a good experience for me with Littlebox.

I ordered from their app for the first time and wasn’t expecting much, but to my surprise when I received my order it was beyond my expectation. I loved the fitting of my dress and at the same time it was delivered to me within 4days.

Returned the dress (size issue)
Recieved invalid gift card
Have been trying to get it corrected but no solution yet (it has been 4 months)

Its a fraud do not order they will not even ship your order, best of luck if you do not listen to my warning

I recently ordered 5 tops in XL size from littlebox india and my sisted even purchase on jumpsuit for me, so in total there are 6 piece. However, upon receiving them, I found that all of them are extremely tight and fit more like a Small rather than an XL.

For reference, my regular size is Large, which I consistently order from other websites and local stores without any issue. This clearly indicates that the sizing mentioned on the website does not match the actual product measurements.
If I check the return policy, it mentions store credit, in this case, that solution does not work for me. Since the available sizes already run much smaller than standard sizing, I am unable to reorder a larger size even with store credit.

I am trying to contact them since 2 days, no one is responding on email or whatsapp

Do something, or else I need to take further steps, as you cant keep my this much money with you, when you dont have sizes, I can share the measurement of your clothes and mine, to verify even!!

Very disappointing experience with Littlebox India.

The products were flimsy and the fit did not match what was advertised. The bigger issue is their return policy — they do not provide refunds, only store credit.

When trying to exchange items, delivery charges are added again and the full store credit cannot be used smoothly. This forces customers to keep paying extra money just to use their own balance.

Overall, the refund and exchange process feels unfair and non-transparent

Don’t know who has given good reviews to little box on app store, fake paid review for sure. Ordered 3 items on Jan 18th for the first time. 2 arrived within 10 days. Sizes were not fitting me hence, requested exchange of one and return of one. Had to pay 99 rs for each pick up. The exchange one came with pathetic misalingned stitching and the one I returned, they had no option to return the money to source but kept in their wallet, so you are forced to use it on their site. 3rd item is yet to be dispatched as on 10th Feb. Don’t waste your money on this fraudulent website.

This was my first order and honestly I was much nervous as online reviews are mixed. I bought a dress for a casual outing and it turned out cute. The color matched the pictures and size was accurate. Delivery was delayed by a few days but nothing major. Decent brand if you don't expect very high quality

I recently purchased a dress from little box and due to size issue i wanted to opt for exchange .. its been 3 days and the delivery status is yet not updated in the website…due to which i am unable to put exhange request… i mailed and watsapp the issue but no response from the team yet. I placed an order which,which was prepaid, I received used clothes and items missing. There's no customer support for anything. Till date I didn't received any kind of refund or return.

I ordered skirt and topcombo for colege wear. The design was cute withnice fitting. In the mid product was lost due to no delivery tracker in the wesbsite. But overall got the product and i am satisfied but recommending here for proper communication

I ordered a red dress from the app the the size was not correct if I wanted to return it then also I’ve to pay 99₹ fee as pickup charges and same for the return and there refund policy also sucks as the money gets collected back to the store credit n not your original payment method totally disappointing

There is a concern of no return option facility on the app but through customer care I got my product replaced with the new one. Now purchased black top through app which is best fitted to my body

DESERVES NO STARS. NEGATIVE. SUCH BAD DELIVERY, SAYS FAST DELIVERY AND TAKES FOREVER TO DELIVER AND ALSO GIVES NO UPDATES WHEN ASKED. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I HAD BOUGHT TO GIFT A FRIEND, HER BIRTHDAY WENT 2 MONTHS AGO AND STILL NOT RECEIVED THE PARCEL. NEVER EVER ORDERING FROM HERE AND ALSO NEVER SUGGESTING IT TO ANYONE. NO ONE DESERVES TO SUFFER LIKE THIS. HAD ORDERED 3 PIECES, ONE CAME, THE OTHER 2 TOOK LONGER TO EVEN COME. TOTAL LIARS BY SAYING FAST DELIVERY.

I shouldn't be even giving littlebox a star ...my parcel was due on 27th dec 2025 not yet arrived..have cancelled my order..some Anil creep lands on my whatsapp saying ill get back to you well its been more than 2 hours no one bothers...have sent him my cancellation confirmation...yet no response...this site is truly sucks ...hope to get my money else ill have to say this is a fraudulent site and dont buy anything from here ,your money is gone,no parcel ...their phone number is not working, email says dont send messages here...very sad just be aware

There product's material are very cheap and shitty, the color, the fit and whole thing is below average, they show the cute and beautiful products on their app or website but after ordering it shows their real look. I had to buy forcefully because they don't give refunds they give store credit after deducting money. They only do the colorful advertisements of their products but when normal people buy it then they regret. Very horrible experience.
Never buy anything again.
