Little Desert Shop Reviews

staff were really nice an food was amazing
iso sushi was really nice

The kids love coming here as do I. Always greeted with a smile by the friendly staff. My favourite is the ice cream , while the kids opt for the waffles. Definitely would recommend as it’s not only a nice place for the kids but also for meeting with friends or on a date.

great shop and good customer service

parveen is lovely!!
she was so kind and welcoming, she made me the best dessert!!
parveen is one of the loveliest staff i have ever spoken to! 💕

This was the worst cheese cake I’ve ever had !! Absolutely disgusting defo one to avoid !!!! Nearly £8 down the drain !!!

my experience in The Little Dessert Shop honestly made me want to suffocate myself in the moment. awful service got told to leave. My time in there might have been the start of the hellride for me. i think it made me go mad. fix up

Lovely place inside staff were friendly, great choice for drinks & desserts which were delicious, also well presented.
Recommend the flavoured lemonade drinks and the strawberry pots with choc sauce.

Dissapointed with order. Ordered 3 cakes, received 2, was not given choice of getting the missing item delivered and just issued refund.

The delivery was fast.
The ice cream delicious.

Made an order in store advised would be 5 Minute wait and was given to me in hand within the time stated food was amazing would mostly likely order again

Said I'm too dark to be in there and kicked me out

Ordered (on Uber eats) a strawberry sensation waffle which was fine, and a milk chocolate cookie dough which was burnt on the bottom so much that it was crunchy and bitter while eating the sides. The middle was still good, but that's around 3/4 of the dish overcooked or burnt.
To make matters worse, the order arrived an hour after ordering which would have been fine except both items were cool to the touch, not even a hint of warmth left.

I have heard many good things about this place and was very excited to order, only to be left sorely disappointed and dissatisfied.

I usually go to trustpilot to see the reviews but now I think I always go to the shop first and then the review on trustpilot especially absolutely amazing little desert shop beautifully tasty and amazing and this is definitely our first go to place now for desserts. hospitality customer service absolutely amazing as well, wow.

We went and the service was great, the food was delicious and really nicely prepared - would definitely recommend

Ordered last night, still haven't received our order 2 1/2 hours and the next day after. When we phoned they said there had been a delay in the driver collecting it, he has been 10 minutes ago and would be less than 5 minutes to us. That was an hour and half ago. We don't live in a difficult to find location. Wouldn't bother trying to order again as they knew when I phoned the order wasn't coming (& asked if I was three other names and told me each one it was coming!) What a shame as we really wanted to try here as my daughter had seen them on socials. Will stick with the none hyped quality dessert shops in future

I ordered last night and the food was inedible. The food was cold and tasted old nothing about it was good I tried to call and complain no inactive phone numbers how convenient

absolute robbery like aregentina v netherlands £1 for toppings should be free the cheeky gyals

A second chance experience with little dessert shop, and honestly do not waste your money.
Burnt cookie dough- doesn’t even fill the tray it’s in. Ruined with artificial sauce, overpowering the taste of the non burnt bits of cookie dough and ice cream that has clearly been sat in the pot in the freezer for a while as it had freezer burn on the top. Husband ordered protein pancakes, told a while later they couldn’t do is order, the man reeled off options that quick we could not figure out what we were now getting. To then have pancakes non protein piled with some much biscuit crumb that you could not get to the pancakes without binning some.
Iv been and had better desserts and establishments that do not “specialise” in them. Never again.

A great asset to Daventry. The desserts are always delicious and the staff are always really friendly and welcoming. Parking is super convenient and it’s a really nice spot to catch up with friends or even sit and get some work done with good food and a good atmosphere. Definitely recommend!!
