Ordered 2 mattresses. 1 arrived no problem, the other one has been delayed by 6 months now and counting. I am unable to get a response from the shop despite my wife and I trying to contact them multiple times separately by phone and email. Similar to the experience from other customers, it is very difficult to get a response from the company and nobody answers the phone. I will not purchase from this shop again.

Ordered an Easel for my niece for Christmas.
When she opened it Christmas morning, it was damaged.
Fair enough, hard to say when it got damaged.
Reached out to Little Dreamers to see if anything could be done, maybe a replacement part or a repair. Got a "we'll check with the factory" email. Then no follow up. I emailed for an update and recieved nothing back.

It's unfortunate. I judge a company on their after sales, and clearly after sales customer service is non existent with Little Dreamers. To not even bother replying says it all.
Use a more reputable company that will engage when you have a problem

I ordered a 3D Printing Pen for Kids & Adults - Magic 3D Designer Tool for Creative Art Projects and Crafts. It cost £24.99 plus shipping costs of £1.99. The item arrived, loosely packed in bubble wrap, with no box and no instructions. It looks cheap and tacky and there is no way I could give it to anyone as a gift. Apparently, this company charges shipping costs for returns, which will probably cost me more than the price of the item. Absolute rubbish.

I had a very positive experience.
Staff were very helpful and professional.
I ordered my item last Friday morning and DPD delivered 23 hours later.

I have ordered toys 3 times from this company and felt it was about time I gave them a review, they are brilliant, the toys I have got are well made and sturdy, the delivery is fast, the packing is secure and their customer service is excellent, thank you all at little dreamers

Best service I have ever received spoke to owner on phone about my order and that I had just had my baby early and needed monitor posted asap within 5 min of placing order I had a dpd notice that my order would be delivered next day and it was I will definitely be purchasing again from this store and would highly recommend them

Fabulous products and excellent & prompt customer service. Our toddler bed had a crack in the headboard when it arrived, which we were disappointed about. However Little Dreamers responded to our query promptly and were able to issue us with a replacement headboard. The bed itself (Spider man light up bed) is fantastic. Beautiful, shiny and exciting. Our 3 year old loves it. Highly recommended Little dreamers! Thank you.

My daughter wanted a Lottie doll for Christmas and I was going to order from Amazon when I found it for approximately €2 more expensive ( with delivery here), I would rather shop local than with Amazon and I was so glad I went with Little Dreamers as the service was 100 times better. I had entered my delivery address incorrectly and once I sent email it was rectified within minutes. To my suprise the doll was delivered the next day. I don't normally write reviews but out of all the online Christmas shopping I did this year my experience with Little Dreamers really stood out. I would absolutely recommend Little Dreamers nd I will definitely purchase from them in the future.

Really appreciate that Little Dreamers were so flexible holding the 2 mattresses that I ordered due to ongoing delays returning to our house after a renovation.They were so obliging and made it stress-free.They actually came on the day I requested. We did not have this experience with every company when trying to reschedule!

Bought child armchair, paid over €150 for it inc delivery. Chair delivery quickly but finish quality exceptionally poor, back cushion doesn’t fill cover, sagging material each sides and overall chair cover does not fit chair well..not secured at base and only strip of velcro down back, easily pulled out of shape. Very poor quality for the prices being charged. Would not recommend.

Brilliant customer service. I ordered a few pieces for my daughters first birthday including one of the armchairs which is lovely and looks great in our sitting room. I also had an issue with one of the items and their customer service was great, they got back to me within a few hours and organised a return. Will definitely be buying off them going forward and recommend them to others because it’s lovely to find a shop that take their after sales seriously.

Furniture itself is not of bad quality, we ordered two kids chairs. Chair itself is solid, but we had to put the covers on the chair ourselves, and the fit around the bottom is not so nice, as there is no velcro fasteners to keep it in place. Given the issues with customer service below, I expected the chairs to arrive complete.
Customer service is shocking for an Irish company. We ordered two kids armchairs, and were told covers would arrive in within the week, subsequently got told there was an issue with customs, and that there'd be a few days delay. 6 weeks later we had to agree with customer service to choose two different chairs then the ones our son wanted because the original two were still out of stock, and magically still hadn't cleared customs despite being told it would be a few days.
To be fair, I understand that there are issues post Brexit, but we are talking about two chair covers (fabric), 6 weeks is ridiculous to be told that the original requested items were out of stock.
Would not use this company again. Not worth the stress, and we should have stuck to our gut of getting the kids chair in Ikea.
