Placed my first order 22 January & chased 31st January as it was for my daughters birthday to be told by Ella Wickes the order is still within a 14-21 working day frame. She could not give me an exact dispatch date but I had till 19 February for order to dispatch. I was then told on 17th February would be dispatched this week and I would receive dispatch details. Still nothing and I have now emailed for a refund, very disappointing!!
Do not order with this company!!

Hoody arrived unwearable. Stinking of paint and not fit for purpose.
There is no return address on the website and no one has replied to my request for a refund via their contact page.
Very disappointed. Would avoid at all costs.

Ordered 1st November, had to chase them up about delivery. Tracking never worked. When received one item was totally not what I ordered.
They asked me to return them and they would send out the correct item. I had to pay to return them, send them the receipt and they would refund me for the postage, it was there mistake after all!! Still waiting for the money for the postage. Also had to keep chasing them about the correct item, which eventually did turn up. Not impressed with this company and won't use again. There mistake and I'm out of pocket!!

Ordered early November and was guaranteed delivery in time for xmas by owner. Still waiting on delivery and christmas has been and gone. Don't order unless you want to be disappointed

Products did arrive in time for Christmas in the end my daughter loves them only thing is they took weeks an you have to wash the items because of the smell of the spray paint,I don't think its worth the money but could be a good company if they sorted out those couple of issues

Absolutely disgusting horrible company well that's if it's even legitimate probably a scam . Ordered my item on 6th love it's now 19th December no item. Very very poor please be aware of these scammers. You will not receive your item . Shame you can't go no less than 1 star they'd get none .

Yes there was a delay in delivery from the 14-21 days stated on website but I was kept up to date of this via email and obviously due to Christmas period I had understanding of.
Thank you so much and will be ordering again.

Still waiting for order placed on 1st November. Sent email on 10th Dec asking about delivery and Elle replied saying all orders would be here by Christmas. Received tracking number for items on 11th Dec, however it is not recognised by Royal Mail or just doesn't exist. Emailed Ellie again 4 times since 13th December and now no replies. And as previous reviewers have stated, everytime you go to website it states temporarily closed. So looks like I'll have to contact my bank too and try to get my money returned. £165 and 45 days later and no goods, is definitely not a good advert for success.

Ordered wwwks ago and still haven't received ignoring my messages I've now had to inform my bank as this is goin dwn as fraud never again will I shop with them and I would advise to stay well clear maybe they will reply wen my bank contacts 90 pound worth nothing to be laughed and it's xmas

Same old same old by the sound of it, ordered 4 November still nothing had 2 automated emails last week, now nothing 😡would just like to say I did get my order just in time for Christmas 👍

Order was made start of November, requested refund 2 weeks ago, finally go a reply from Ella Wickes saying she would process the refund and still nothing, since then the website is not active and the domain is up for sale. Absolutely awful.

4 weeks and nothing, no reply to emails I believe this website has closed and looks like they are not sending any orders out, this company is a scam
I will be contacting my bank

Appalling customer service, just gone over the 6 week mark and still waiting, no customer care shown when chased, would never recommend or use this company again

Still waiting for my order. It was placed on 6 Nov. Absolutely shocking. They keep saying they will notify me when it's being despatched. I've ordered from shien and temu after this date and they've already arrived. If my order ever arrives I certainly won't be ordering ever again.

First off I have to say the quality of the tracksuit feels pretty good, it has a nice weight to it.
The "custom" design of the hearts and paint splashes does look cute, but I used quotations on custom as I specified in great detail, the design I wanted for my daughter. Unfortunately it didn't come exactly how I asked.
It does state on the website that delivery could take upto 21 days. Mine came around 30/31 days from order

All in all, not perfect, but does feel good quality. And I think overall my daughter will like the tracksuit

Order does take a while to come, but it states 21 working days on site and it came within that time. Yes the hoodie did smell of the spray paint when it came out of the packaging but I aired it for a day and the smell disappeared. Nice quality and fit of both hoodie and leggings. Not been washed yet so will post another review later.

Items turned up eventually after almost 1 month must say very good quality but the customer service ie contact and replies are shocking need to sort it out when maybe not so many bad reviews

Received a white and pink hoodie. I completely understand they are handmade but the smell was horrendous I put it in wash on a low 30 inside out on it own as advised. When it came out it had bobbled slightly and the cord came out of hood. Then noticed the spray paint on the cord and on the inside of hood.
Emailed 4 days later replied that this happens
So for 40 pound I'm stuck with this cheap hoody thay won't last my 13 year old 5 mins.
Trading standards is a must 👌
I've recently bought white fox hoodies in the sale fantastic quality and lovely polite staff. Should of spent my 40 pound with them gutted.
She needs to learn some people skills also never once had an apology dosnt seem to care. I'm on a limited budget being a single mum so it's upsetting really.
