Absolutely poor 7-21 working days to dispatch I ordered the 11th of Feb and I emailed last week all I got was they can't give a exact time it will dispatched after telling them its for my daughters birthday which is the 9th march I would of ordered sooner but it wasn't in stock when we looked the first time have no idea why it takes so long for delivery but to be told they have till the 11th march is ridiculous especially it been 2 days after her birthday don't no how to get my money back to order something like it somewhere else. Never known anything like this

This place is terrible I ordered on the 29th of December it's now the 30th of Jan and only just been shipped and is now saying another 14 to 21 business days that is a joke like 2 month for 2 hoodies really bad service

I did take a while to come but was sent out last day of the timescale, arrived 2days later. Absolutely worth the wait. My daughter loves it and everyone commented on how lovely it was. Can’t wait to order a short set when back in stock.

I placed the order on 7/11 , never received the order, I got it for my daughter birthday present, really disappointed. No communication, never got a single email confirmation for order. I will never ever buy again. Poor customer and there isnt a option for cancellation. Maybe in summer i get the order when doesn’t fit anymore

We waited for a month for the delivery but the set is lovely and well worth the wait. Communication was good throughout. Will use Little Footprints in the future.

Worth the wait. Very good communication skills in such a cramped Christmas period. The tracksuit my little ones loved was definitely worth the wait , their smiles was unbeatable.
I would definitely recommend this website and tracksuits from little footprints. Very very pleased with the services.

Very little communication no order after 21 business days when I emailed them they couldn't even tell me if they had dispatched my order. I received a email on the 23rd business day saying it had been shipped won't be ordering again

I agree with the previous review, the product is worth the wait. Great quality for sure. Yes it's slow and I did get impatient having not heard however I received a dispatch email right on the 21st working day and the item arrived a couple of days later. The business is independent and it's actually reassuring to know they don't just send things out quickly to compromise their quality. Thank you, I recommend and will use again.

I placed an order on 4th Sept and i received a notification yesterday morning that my order had been sent (2nd Oct on working day 21). With working days i knew i’d be waiting over 4 weeks with only 5 days in a working week, so I wasn’t going to send a message until they had all elapsed.

But in the end, after having the product delivered by Royal Mail today I am satisfied. The crop top tracksuit is the right size for my Niece. It’s thick, yet light and soft material and the elastic around the waist has a good stretch. Also, printed washing instructions were there as well.

So, despite the long wait (which they do state on their website) I would use them again. I just know that I have to be prepared to wait the full 21 working days.

Wouldn't even give these 1 star. Ordered 4 weeks ago and still no delivery or reply to emails. One very upset daughter and a waste of £120

Wouldn’t even leave a review due to how terrible the service is … I had asked was there customs to Ireland they assured there is none now I have got a letter in the door 20€ customs and that tracksuit was 75€ … if i was told from the being on how much everything was going to be I wouldn’t of went through all this trouble .. I have been trying to text and ask what is going on and they aren’t even responding. I’m furious it’s a disgrace they can’t even communicate and I was waiting on the tracksuit for atleast 40 days and I still haven’t got it .

Daughter ordered from here over 5 weeks ago still no delivery

Cant comment on the quality of the garments as they were never received. My 13 year old daughter was online for the release of the new range and ordered straight away. Confirmations were received. exactly 21 days later I received a short email blaming the website for overselling!! I asked why this had taken 3 weeks and received no reply. I then had a very upset daughter who had saved her birthday money to buy from this company . I'm sure a victim of their own success but would defiantly avoid until they can resolve such issues .
