it took me a year searching for the perfect bed for the transition from our room in a cot to her room in a bed and once i found this bed i knew it ticked all the boxes and instantly thought its too good to be true. after reading the negative reviews i still wasnt sold and sat on the thought for a few more months. My cousin bought the bed and raved about it and that did help my views, i thought lets just bite the bullet and buy it….
UNBELIEVABLE. 6th night in a row in her own bed, sleeping through the night. She loves the new routine and genuinely is so happy and calm falling asleep and waking up.
If i could be super picky id say the matress is a little firm but for a 18 month old i dont think thats a bad thing and i love adding matress toppers to our beds anyways.
We dont have the money to buy a bed like this just laying around so it was a seriously thought out decision and from on parent to another.. invest in it and if your questioning the size just go the bigger one as i can see many many years use out of this bed..(& i actually love falling asleep in it with her, ultimate comfort!!)

Do not order with this company. There are other reviews just like this one, they do not deliver anything and do not reply to any contact.
I ordered a bed with them and despite emailing in over and over again (and using their contact form multiple times) over the past couple of weeks I have never received one response and of course I haven’t received the product. I am now contacting my bank to report it as a scam and get my funds back.
Customer service was amazing, product is great. My 3.5 year old daughter has been so happy in her new bed! Bed arrived 2 days later than estimated delivery date due to shipping company but customer service was very responsive until we had the product

I ordered the little lifely bed and mattress. The order was taking longer than expected to ship even though it was in stock.
I spoke to Graig from customer service about a shipping eta and a query on the mattress size. Let me tell you, Graig is amazing! Not only is he the nicest human you will ever speak to. He answered my query and also put a hurry up on my order and it ended up being shipped that same day. 10/10 service because of Graig

Pre-ordered a toddler bed in November 2025 for delivery in Feb 2026. Contacted the company after not hearing anything to be told that it was delayed until June 2026. Contacted them for an update mid may to be told it was delayed further to July 2026! Many other people have had the same issue - AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

We purchased the marshmellow little lifely bed in KS with the mattress, it was on back order so there was a wait but every time I queried the progress of my order I was responded to quickly and they were extremely helpful!
The bed is simple to put together and my 2 yr old son spent his first night in his new bed, and I think it’s the best he has slept in months, the bed is so comfy and so well designed. We love our little lifely bed!

We received our daughter’s bed after ordering it two months before. The bed is very sturdy and comfortable. Our daughter loves it. The communication with customer service was excellent. It was a bit hard to zip up the cover on the corner areas so you definitely need two people to get the job done. However, it’s a fantastic bed!

Not only was the lifely team amazing and super helpful throughout my pre order or shipping experience! But this bed is truly amazing! You can’t beat a price like this for something that has so many good qualities about it( lifetime warranty, 30day trial period, non toxic, waterproof covers , memory foam mattress pad! I can legit go on and on about this!
My sons almost 2 and sleeps with us since born he just needed to sleep with us so we thought buying this might help train him to be in his own bed I been sleeping in it with him and he’s been doing amazing and sleeping better throughout the night usually he’s up a lot and that hasn’t happened since this bed
He also loves to climb in and just jump around and smash his faces in the headboard haha but it’s super soft quality where he can’t get hurt!
Thank you lifely team! And to future buyers you won’t regret it! I got the full so my son can keep this bed for a very long time!

Extremely disappointing experience with Little Lifely.
I placed an order in good faith and later reached out to confirm delivery dates, as I had specific timing requirements. Despite my clear communication, I received poor and inconsistent customer service throughout.
At one point, I was sent a reply containing only a full stop, which felt unprofessional and dismissive. After pressing for clarification, I was finally informed that their UK shipment would not arrive until July 13th—far beyond the timeframe I had been relying on.
This crucial information was not communicated transparently at the point I needed it, and I was left to chase for answers while still being expected to continue payments through PayPal Pay in 3.
The lack of proactive communication, delayed updates, and dismissive responses have made this a stressful and frustrating experience. Customers deserve honesty and timely updates, especially when delays significantly affect delivery expectations.
I would not recommend purchasing from this company if you are relying on clear communication or dependable delivery timelines.

I placed a pre-order 3/5 and was told it was would be dispatched 4/7-4/14, customer service responses have only been AI-generated with no actual updates. I need a response or a refund. Trying to get our son used to a toddler bed before our newborn arrives in June. Very disappointing.

My twins love the beds! The first day we put it in their rooms they didn’t nap due to their excitement! For two hours they played in their bed. At bed time they were so proud to show off their beds to everyone, it was adorable. As parents, we love the softness and safety the bed provides our kids and us!
