They are in touch with you throughout. The trainer makes contact ahead of the training to check the attendees and any special arrangements that need to be put in place. From the first meeting to the day of training, the entire process was made so simple and friendly thanks to Gemma and John. The training was effective, had out attention and John really knows how to get everyone to engage.
