One of the best and the most interesting courses I have ever attended and my experience with training and development is quite immense. The course was delivered by Paul, who had my attention for full 7h and I am the person who gets bored quickly. Very good hospitality provided with the little snack packets and also the fidget toys given to the attendees to keep them focused - the cutest thing ever. I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of this course. The instructor was knowledgeable and had a calm demeanour that made learning a breeze. Every question was answered with great detail and clarity, making everyone in the room confident in the newfound communications skills. Now everyone present has gained the knowledge to be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with different people, whether their team or customers, which I believe will positively impact overall performance of the entire team .

The trainer was very knowledgeable and passionate about their subject, they kept us engaged so we didn't get bored, had a good sense of humour. Would recommend to anyone who is involved in training!
