I love this company! Always lovely fresh ideas for presents and have been buying from them for years. Purchases bought are always well wrapped and packed. With a lot of companies being forced to close down, long may you reign!

Don’t bother buying from this company. There goods are shoddy and cheap. It came in a big box well packaged and I was excited to see my stuff. I bought 3 opulent collection large votive candle holders wax filled with diamanté brooch, looked lovely. When they came the glass was covered in I don’t know what and I could not give it as a present. They were not scented. As I had to pay to return them I didn’t bother. I returned another part of my order which cost about £8 and it cost me almost £4 postage so I have stuff I cannot use which cost me over £20 to go in the bin. It was my own fault I didn’t look at the return information, I won’t be caught out again buying heavy stuff without free delivery, I’ll stick with Amazon in future.

Thank you for your reply but when I received my goods they were in a large, heavy cardboard box and the candles were quite heavy. I only asked for one return the dearest item and it was accepted but cost me over £3 in postage so I didn’t bother to ask about the heavy candles as it would have been an expensive return, my mistake got not checking your return policy or I wouldn’t have ordered such heavy items so I decided to cut my losses. I must have been unlucky in my purchases because most buyers have given a 5*review. I liked the look of the things on your web pages and the reviews, this is just my experience of your company.

I have bought from Live laugh love on numerous occasions, my home is full of beautiful unusual items particularly from the nautical range, I love all my items they give me a lot of pleasure, they are always extremely well packaged and in perfect order, I have also ordered from their seconds range and never noticed the extremely minor faults, totally recommend them

It was the great range of things that I thought were absolutely amazing quality items and the service was first class company

You did not send me the item I ordered. This meant it could not be used as a gift and I now have an unwanted item with no detail of how to return.

Quick delivery,very well packed.and the doors hooks I had ordered was absolutely stunning, with the fancey pots ends .the wood they are set on is of good quality.so glad I purchased them.i shall be buying from them again .

Lovely products at great prices. The little glass domes are adorable!!! Very well wrapped, I was a bit worried as they were delicate glass items! Note to courier was printed and out on box very clearly, which was great, they couldn’t miss it! Great service all round, thank you! 😊🌸

Lovely quality, vintage style mirrors and a great price!

Easy to use website, great selection of things to buy, fast delivery. Packing was excellent, there was no way my purchases were getting damaged in transit! Products were true to pics and description, excellent quality, really happy with the whole experience.
