I ordered a product which was due to…
I ordered a product which was due to arrive in 3-5 working days. It has been almost 5 weeks now and the product has still not arrived. I have phoned Livens and was told that they will investigate and get back to me. I have heard nothing neither by email or phone call and I have phoned constantly to find out what the problem is. The call constantly rings to answer machine.

Thank you for getting in touch. I completely understand your concern regarding the delay with your order. I would like to clarify that the product you ordered is currently on backorder. This is indicated on our website at the time of purchase. We have already placed an order with our supplier, but unfortunately, they do not have the item in stock either, so we are awaiting their delivery.
Our phone lines are open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm, and on Wednesdays 9:00 am–4:00 pm. However, due to high call volumes, there may occasionally be delays in getting through.
If you prefer, we are more than happy to cancel your order and issue a full refund. Alternatively, if you would like to wait, we will continue to monitor the order closely and notify you as soon as the product is available.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.
Kind regards
