Help and support
Livens shop is an old world type Aladdin's cave. Very helpful staff. Recommend the travel, for ourselves it was a 5 hour round trip; worth the time and distance.

IGNORED
What is the point of having an enquiry process on your website if you then just ignore requests from genuine people? I enquired about an air rifle, but have now purchased one elsewhere from a dealer who actually bothered to get back to me. I will never be using you again.

I can only speak as I find. Was really pleased with the attention to detail the guys at livens helped me with today. Pick up my Anschutz 1782 APR and tier one bipod and a few more bits. after a 3 hour drive to collect. Rodger and Chris really helped me today. Thank you guys

Very Satisfied Customer
When I placed my order online, there was a slight issue with Livens website, but this was dealt with most satisfactorily by a short phone call.
My order, though small, was processed quickly and delivery was prompt.
A satisfied customer.

Order placed and confirmation received in a timely manner. Updates received as order was processed and when item was shipped.
Order was shipped by Royal Mail 24, next day delivery! However the item did not arrive until the 4th day. Not Livens fault but frustrating all the same.
