Livestay Reviews

This is a share house room with an ensuite. Walls are paper thin. Mattress feels like springs are poking in your back. Bathroom is freezing cold no matter how many times complaints were made as the heater does not work. You were scared to touch the shampoo body wash etc because on the guidelines it seems that they will charge you for it. Was asked to pay a security deposit after booking was made and paid. Requested a full refund as the price definitely did not reflect the room and the advertisement was misleading. The only positive is it's a newly renovated room, the TV works and there is a kettle, fridge and washing machine. Hope nobody ever has such a poor experience.

Great place to stay. Location was just what I was looking for and the place was just as described. Cleanliness was good... and the place has plenty of character.

Awesome communication from the staff. Highly recommend, thank you!

It was great, the house is impeccable, beautiful, clean and organised, I just have to thank you, I will definitely come back!

I enjoyed the ease of getting there as there are no details

Good view to the river👌

Great apartment- great location looking forward to my next visit

Great stay. Good location and lovely hosts. Apartment was spacious and comfortable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’appartement est très bien placé, à proximité de Soho, Picadilly, Covent Garden, très propre.

Very clean property with all needed and very convenient for public transports. Great value for a stay with Central London at a easy and fast reach

Booked a house in Bournemouth over the weekend. Communication was fast and informative, and a great check in system. Apartment was also reasonable price, and set up beautifully, and lean and tidy too.
Would definately go again and recommend.

Apartment was in such a good location. The apartment was as described and provided all essentials. Great stay.

We were in Uk for a wedding, very short wknd but we had such a nice family time in this appartement. Our 3 kids shared one room (big enough) and we had the nice Master bedroom with acceds to the toilet and bedroom.
Very confortable bed.
Only remark will be that we received too many information but better to have much than less

It was a good stay! I had quick access to the property. The property is well equipped and the neighborhood is tranquil.

Really nice Flat, clean and well organized.
A bit expensive.

Enjoyed my stay to the fullest. Maximin privacy. No human interaction. Self check in. Super responsive hosts and ideally located area to get to any part of the London. Wembley Stadium, underground and grocery stores are just 2-3 minutes walk away.

An excellent stay, couldn't have gone better!

Very good flat and very nice host I recommend !

Spacious apartment, clean and great location. I strongly recommend this property.
