Anne- Marie was very polite and relaxed. She was very knowledgeable about the product we were interested in and was able to answer all our queries, nothing seemed too much trouble. After being given time to consider our purchase by Anne - Marie and her manager we were pleased to go ahead with our order

We came to Aintree with the intention of looking for a new leather suite. Richard was very helpful and looked after us so well from our initial visit we felt valued as customers and there was no pressure at all. We were offered tea, coffee and biscuits. The store is so beautifully laid out and the second visit we were also given the opportunity to talk to Joe interior designers regarding colour schemes and products. All in all this was a great experience.

Not only that, but their quality out ranks the standard 3 main sofa stores (SCS, DFS and SOFOLOGY)

The service from Richard in the aintree store was second to none. An incredibly polite, measured individual and was respectful of our buying journey. He made the whole experience, from looking for the sofa, right through to the sale of the sofa a positive experience. No hard selling, no B.S. He left us to make our decision with no pressure whilst providing us with all the information we needed.
The store even offer you a drink, either soft or alcoholic which just adds to the experience. (SCS/DFS - Take note)

Now, on to the products….the furniture exudes quality. It makes the 3 main store’s furniture feel cheap, mass produced and made without love.

After looking everywhere we returned to LivHome and secured our dream sofa.
Why? Because of the quality and the selling experience.

Liv home - Kudos to you. You have got the right approach to your customers. You succeed in making it a very personal experience where the customer truly matters! I will certainly enjoy my bottle of Prosecco I received upon purchase of the sofa.

As for Richard - he is a true asset to your company.

My husband and I went into Livhome at Aintree this afternoon as we were looking for bedroom furniture.
The staff were very friendly and professional and the store was beautifully designed!

We were looking for wardrobes however this shop did not sell wardrobes. My husband and I looked at mattresses as he has wanted a new one for ages. We then found the one.....we met Joe from the interior design team who was so friendly and welcoming and made us a drink and then he sent John up from the bedroom team to help assist us. We decided to purchase the Vinyasa king mattress with the Vinyasa topper wow! Só comfortable.
John was so friendly, professional and helpful he was very informative about this product and was able to advise us with any questions we had.

All in all a great service from the guys in this store, we highly recommend and we would not hesitate in buying from them again. Obviously we never got our wardrobes because they don't sell them, but my husband finally got his new mattress!

I have ordered and paid a deposit for HSL furniture for my home. I was dealt with by a young man called Richard at your store in the Aintree Retail Park.
Richard was exceptionally attentive, informative and polite. He spent a long time explaining all my options and prices, whilst offering me coffee and biscuits, which I accepted.
I was most impressed by the service received, and would recommend both Livhome and Richard to other customers who are looking for new furniture

Staff in showroom are very helpful. Product looks good quality but only received the chair today so not had it long enough to tell. Delivery drivers Paul and Jon were great. The only thing that could be improved would be communication of delivery date.
I am still waiting for another chair. Called the showroom left a message but they never called me back.

Ordered my new mattress on 6\11\25 and it was delivered on 14\1\26. Throughout I have been treated with respect. The delivery was flawless. Paul and Jon were polite and checked were the mattress was being taken before bringing it in. They removed the plastic covering and positioned it on the bed before leaving. They explained everything clearly and left the leaflet concerning the guarantee.

Richard was very knowledgeable, and helped us with our choice. We are very happy with the service we received.

Beautiful sofa and an even better experience! Anne Marie sold us ours and was ever so friendly, personable, and communicated clearly from start to finish.

I bought a leather 2 and 3 seater leather sofa cost of £5000 in June had quite a few problems with the 3seater eventually we got it replaced.Andrea at customer services was brilliant sorting out the replacement so thank you very much Andrea your a star.

Bradley has been great from the start. Very helpful and patient with us. He understood that it is a big purchase & at no point did we feel under pressure. He noticed we were struggling on styles and colours and he provided us with an in store interior designer called Joe. Joe was also amazing. He offered us his expertise & made us feel so much more confident in our decision. He told us things we would of never thought of. They also said we could call in at any time for extra advise regarding paint colours which would match our new couch. Overall, Bradley & Joe made the whole experiance of buying a couch stress free. Would recommend them to anyone!

Just purchased our sofa at the Aintree store and I couldn’t shout loud enough about how amazing Richard was. He always made us feel so welcome every time we visited. Very informative and helped us design our perfect sofa. Not at all pushy, very friendly and professional.

Our furniture was delivered today by Paul and Jon who were excellent. They are very friendly and professional in their approach to their job. Well done lads!

The delivery drivers Paul and Jon have been fantastic. Our first delivery was completely incorrect they got straight onto head office to try and resolve the issue. Upon the second delivery just this morning 23/12/25 again some parts were incorrect but we have managed to resolve it quickly with their help. 10/10 service from both the delivery guys .
