I started with LivWell coaching back in June 2025 and my life’s been changed! As of January 2026, I have lost 2.3stone and I cannot thank Liv enough. The support and the well structured plan has been absolutely mind blowing. The personalised meal and exercise plans are so flexible and easy to work into your routine. The coaching provided by Liv and Jazz has completely changed my mindset about weight loss and have provided me with the stepping stones to a more active and healthy lifestyle. I cannot recommend signing up enough!

I’m really enjoying working with Liv. It’s been a slow burn for me to see results but that proves the plan is truly sustainable rather than a fad diet. Great recipes, straightforward workouts, genuinely caring support - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Liv and all her team!

Very good communication! Meals are so good and affordable! They give you the exercises and if you need help are very quick to help!

I’ve been with Liv now for around 5 months and I have learnt so so much! The support I have on a weekly basis is amazing I have truly made progress not just with weight but my relationship with my body and food and learning how to live better. She is always there to answer any questions I have and even though I talk her ear off, she still gives it her absolute all. She has went above and beyond to help me figure out some issues alongside my journey that could have a big impact on my progress and I couldn’t thank her enough. Would totally recommend! I’ve been working with Jazz and Liv for nearly a month now and I’m absolutely loving it so far !! The plans are tailored for your needs and no question is too silly, they’re always there to support in any way you need and I’ve noticed changes already, such as my bloating going down and I’m down a few pounds already !!

I've been with Liv now for a couple of months and shes really helped me to navigate through having a super busy schedule where it was easy to just grab something at a shop to making better choices and lose weight. And the encouragement and support has been brilliant.

I’ve been with LivWell for nearly 2 months now and I’ve already noticed such a difference! My habits have changed for the better and I haven’t once felt like spiralling or going off track. I’ve also seen a difference in my body as a result too. I really enjoy the workouts I’m given and being able to track my food to have someone overlooking what I’m having. The best decision I ever made joining livs coaching! I’m a few months in now and nearly hit my 10kg loss. Before starting with Liv I binged ate for the sake of it and made every excuse to be lazy. Finding someone who has been through all the same struggles as you is very rare and she has so much knowledge, no questions seems silly. The meals are delicious, workouts great and the constant support is wonderful 💕

I have been with the team with Liv & Jazz for around 8 weeks now. I have just had my 8th check in and I’m 6.5kg down and 11cm around my tummy.
8 weeks ago I wouldn’t have had the confidence to step foot in the gym alone, now I go all hours because I enjoy it so much as I have such a lovely plan to follow!
The motivation and support I get from them is just amazing alongside the others in the team who are on this journey with me! Love the networking feel it gives where you can share ideas and wins for the week. All round just bloomin amazing. Forever grateful for them for helping me so much and so proud of myself for achieving what I have so far and can’t wait to carry on my journey!!

Liv has been amazing from day 1, it’s so great having someone who understands your struggles and can empathise but also give really constructive and useful advice to change your mindset and move forward positively. Since day one everything about this process has been incredible. As someone who was completely lacking in confidence and worried to get started I’ve been shown nothing but kindness by everyone involved. I don’t normal like writing reviews but I think for this it’s totally valid. My time with Liv has been amazing. When I started I was in the pits of binge eating, eating for the sake of it and just not caring about my body, fitness or health. I decided to going LivWell and honestly it’s totally changed my life. So far I’m almost at my 10kg weight loss goal and still plenty to go. I’ve been support from the very start. There’s nothing you won’t be able to do with Liv, the meals are delicious, the workouts are brilliant and her constant support is amazing! Joining her was the best decision I could’ve made 🩷
