Unimpressed by customer services
Ordered goods and paid for 1-2 delivery.
Two days later the items hadn't arrived and the company did not refund the postage.
The delivery is showing without any delivery date
Don't order, there are far more relevant able companies online who will take complaints seriously

Hi thank you for your review. I would just like to add and advise that the order was placed on a 1-2 day delivery and our review was left on the second day when the parcel did not arrive. I contacted you and responded Immediately to all of your concerns with regarding this delivery and apologies for the delay with the courier but you demanded a refund on shipping straight away on the second day before allowing time for the parcel to arrive.
I have also have sent you multiple emails stating that we have escalated this with the courier to find out what the delay / issue is regarding this and await their response.
We do not automatically refund shipping when an item hasn't been delivered on the 48th hour as we have to escalate these things to the relevant company first and as with all delivery companies like UPS , Royal mail etc they have terms that state that deliveries can be delayed slightly due to unforeseen circumstances on occasion as do we if you check our shipping policy.
I find this review slightly upsetting and premature as your order was placed on the 21st of May at 18:19 and shipped on the 22nd of May yet you left this unjustified review in my opinion on the 24th of May 2 days after shipping. If you check our reviews on trustpilot we have never not taken a customer seriously as per your review states!
we take all of our customers and their concerns very seriously and will do anything we can to provide an oustanding customer experience but we cant be held to ransom for shipping issues when the parcel doesnt arrive at axactly the right time, these issues should be dealt with in the correct manor and I beleive as the owner of the company we have done our best to acheive this by responding to your emails straight away and escalating to the courier and awaiting their report/findings.
I will however as per my last email to you this morning look into refunding the shipping charge once I have a response from the courier.
