Out of date products
The reason for the two stars was that the cbd oil I ordered was out of date by 6 months and if I hadn’t checked this well.
They were quick to refund me once I’d finally found a way to contact them as had no confirmation email etc and they seem to be difficult to get hold of but it was for this reason the low score if u buy from them always check the use by date

Hi Tracy. I can confirm that we replied to your emails and even text your mobile within 10mins of receiving your complaint about the item been OOD. We do regularly complete stock checks of all product lines but unfortunately sometimes mistakes do happen as with any company.
I refunded the item in full as soon as you made me aware the item was out of shelf life and we took all the items off sale immediately.
I did share all the screenshots with you via text message that I had sent showing we replied immediately to all your concerns but you didn't get these for one reason or another.
I do personally respond to all customer issues that arise and rectify immediately as I pride myself and my company on 100% customer satisfaction accross the board.
Can I also add in ref to the notification email, the order conformation was sent on 04/11 @ 7:09am and the despach notification was sent on the 04/11 @ 09:30am to your registered email address.
Please can I ask you check your junk folder as occasionally these can drop in there but I can share these again if required.

Good quality products
Good quality products, and awesome prices compared to other sites. Unfortunately due to Evri's incapability do their job correctly, my parcel was lost. I contacted LJVapes about this and received excellent communication from them, and a replacement parcel was sent out as soon as they could which I received next day. I would highly recommend LJVapes if your looking to buy anything vaping or cbd related!
