After making a purchase I waited for days, then I got in touch to find out what had happened. delivered to the wrong address. I spoke to them by email trying to resolve the situation.
Until today I have not received the product or the money back. £100 was thrown in the trash.
I am sorry but I haven’t received any refund. I am still waiting

This is not the case at all. DPD had Lost the parcel and DPD had to open an investigation. Due to the amount of fraudulent orders pretending to be lost, This is what we have to do to prevent that from happening, unfortunately this is never a quick job hence why we give the 28 day turnaround notice. Once it was confirmed we refunded you swiftly as promised and the issue was resolved.

Placed my order Monday - chased it through Instagram, what’s app, Facebook, and called them 15+ times before I got through! Spoke to the rudest man, he said he’d send it, I thought after how rude he was I wouldn’t spend my money with them so asked for them to cancel the order - he told me it had been shipped… within a 30 minute window 🙄 Would never use these rude, pathetic company again!

I have used this company for the first time and to say they are awful is an understatement, my parcel has been left at a random neighbours house
DPD are asking them to open up an investigation but hey are reluctant to do so I wonder why have i been scammed out of £275.00 I certainly hope not

We checked the delivery photos and the GPS location of your parcel. The photo matched the door on google maps and also the GPS location matched the location of the address you provided. So we were pretty confident this was delivered to the correct address.
