Ordered 4 days ago with NDD and hadn’t heard anything so called them yesterday and the guy got very agitated and rude when I asked where my parcel is! No apology or anything just told me there was a problem with DPD and that parcel would arrive yesterday with Royal Mail, but nothing came. I’m trying to contact him today but he’s not replying now! What a waste of money do not order from this company seems like a scam to me. I was nothing but polite just contacted to ask where my parcel was and got a very rude guy telling me that he doesn’t need customers like me I’m not worth the headache- all I did was ask where my parcel is. Shocking service.

I had a terrible experience with LKM Aesthetic and DPD.

I ordered aesthetic products worth £179.98 on 18th December 2024. I received an email stating that my parcel would be delivered by DPD to my flat on 19th December 2024. I was home all day, yet I received a message saying, “Your parcel will be delivered today.” A few hours later, I got another message saying, “Sorry, we missed you — please collect your parcel from the local DPD shop.”

No one ever came to my flat — the driver never attempted delivery. I was unable to collect the parcel from the local shop due to personal reasons, and shortly after, I received a message saying the parcel had been returned.

Since then, I have contacted both DPD and LKM Aesthetic multiple times, asking for my parcel or a refund. LKM Aesthetic told me they never received the return and refused to refund me. I opened an investigation — but now 7 months later, I still haven’t received my money back.
Every time I contacted DPD, they told me I don’t have an account with them and that only the sender can get involved. LKM Aesthetic has not followed up or taken any responsibility to resolve the issue.
This has been a complete lack of accountability and customer care from both companies. Neither DPD nor LKM Aesthetic has helped me or taken ownership of the situation.
This is a shameful way to treat a paying customer. I feel ignored, frustrated, and extremely disappointed. I will not be using either company again, and I do not recommend them to anyone.

You keep saying the parcel was “delivered,” but no delivery attempt was made at my flat, and DPD themselves confirmed that.
It's very disappointing that instead of helping your customer, you're passing blame. As the business that took my money and arranged the delivery, you are responsible for supporting your customers — not ignoring them.
It has now been over 7 months, and I am still out of pocket £179.98. This is unacceptable customer service.”

Quick delivery, no problems with the company. Ordered a skin booster to use with a microneedle pen. Not sure if it’s enough for the deep line I wanted it before and don’t know what I’m doing with the needles to fill it. Don’t want to make a mistake. But will keep trying with it. Wish I bought 2 of them as the delivery and tax bumped the total up a fair bit. Which is fair enough.
