Lloyds Cardnet Reviews 

Cardnet is fine, and so is Deepak, brilliant guy. But their third party machine supplier support has been absolutely terrible (NON EXISTENT!). Their support number is a premium-rate number, which is honestly unbelievable. I’m paying to ask for help connecting the machine you supplied THAT I ALSO PAY FOR MONTHLY! What an irony…
(And no, they never called to help with the machine or anything)

I still haven’t managed to connect the terminal to Wi-Fi because nobody ever called me back. I genuinely don’t understand how a great bank like Lloyds partners with a company offering this level of support.

At this point I honestly wish I had stayed with Barclaycard.

Also there’s no option on the POS machine to add extra details to a payment.

Having worked with previous suppliers in other roles and been underwhelmed, what has stood out for the last few years having worked with Lloyds Cardnet is the fantastic support from Kelly Merritt, our Client Services Manager. Kelly is professional, manages expectations, proactive and an absolute pleasure to work with. This all means a great service, even when issues are encountered as you have a confidence they will be resolved promptly and to a high level.

Have purchased a new business , I have received best help from Remee Thakrar.
All send at right time, then took 5 minutes to start to use card machine

To sort out merchant services, Rehana was very Proactive. They have given Excellent customer service.

We couldn't accomplish anything with those who said they would come back but never did.

We was planning on leaving Lloyds Cardnet as our machine had become obsolete and required a new one. When I called I spoke to Cleo Swales and she was excellent. She offered me a more modern machine and gave us a more competitive rate. The customer service she provided was outstanding and resulted in us continuing with Lloyds Cardnet. I can not complement her highly enough

From initial contact with Richard Swinfield following a recommendation, to implementation with FISERV and later down the line with the Castle card machine, I cannot fault the service provided. Richard has been fantastic throughout the whole time.

I've had no problems at all since we went live in 2023.
