Sorry to hear about this, we do offer a next day service and i apologise that it was delayed and that we initially only sent 1 of the two items you ordered.
Due to the VETO spring promotion and the last day to order being that day it was incredibly busy and while no excuse unfortunately a mistake was made with packing and dispatching your order.
I can assure you this isn't our usual service and although our shipping policy does state that during promotion periods there may be delays i am really sorry we left you with a bad experience.

Really sorry to hear about your experience.
Unfortunaletey the bag you ordered fell out of stock that same day but we where due a delivery imeadiatley.
We should of communicated more effectively and let you know about the delay sooner, apologies for this it was incredibly busy due to the VETO spring promo coming to a close.
Im glad we could get the bag shipped finally and hopefully the discount can ease any inconvenience caused, but regardless we are increadbly sorry for the delay and poor communication!

Our merch is all custom made to order and can take 3-5 days to get made before being shipped, this is all in our shipping policy but maybe we should make it clearer.
Sorry it took longer than expected and we will see what we can do to stop it taking this long going forward.
