I’m an apprentice and enjoy watching the YouTube videos. Delivery took a bit of a while but I was sent an email regarding the warehouse problems and stuff so it’s all good.
I’m happy with the tools I received and it’s nice that the load out YouTube channels do nice in-depth reviews!

There was no communication with a recent warehouse change so my order was delayed for over a week and I was promised a free gift as compensation and there was none and my parcel was all smashed up on arrival really bad service won’t be ordering from again

We have moved warehouse and this effected all orders this week, we contacted you regarding the delay and rest assured a free gift is coming, this just cannot be shipped until Monday as that is when the new warehouse is online.
I’m sorry to hear that the parcel wasn’t delivered in the condition it was sent, I will see to it that customer service reaches out and resolves this for you.

Hi Simon,
Thanks for confirming your details so we can look into your review and experience.
You ordered a toolbag and got into contact a few days after the item was delivered to tell us you received a gymshark bag with 2 x 1 KG weights. We agreed that we did not send you a gym shark bag and weights and immediately started a claim with Royal Mail to get this resolved for you.
Upon filing the claim I called you several times regarding the order which were ignored and you now have a different telephone number to the one on your order, all of these instances we updated you via email, which has also changed since your order was placed.
As already discussed several times over email all of orders are video recorded during packing and weighted at both our warehouse and the Royal Mail depot, all instances showed the velocity bag present and the parcel weighing 5KG, this means that it must of been tampered during transit from the depot to your house.
Due to this serious accusations that have been made against Royal Mail, until they get back to us we cannot provide a resolution as the characteristics of the whole situation appear either theft or fraud.
You say customer service is non existent yet we have kept you posted throughout this whole process and continue to do so.
Unfortunately you have been texting members of staff on personal phone numbers out of work hours demanding information yet will not answer the phone the countless times we have called or replied to the emails we have sent, we have told you we cannot do anything until the investigation is complete, and due to the accusations this is taking a long time.
We will provide a replacement or refund as soon as we can and have worked tirelessly with Royal Mail to get this resolved for you.
Feel free to email or call myself (Mike - founder and director of loadout) at any time, I will be happy to update you on the the current situation.
You have my email address and telephone number already but you keep ignoring me.
