Tool fell apart and haven’t heard anything back from the company
Ordered the klein tools knife and after a few days and only used a couple of times I opened it and the knife fell apart. I emailed 6 days ago and haven’t heard anything back from loadout. Disappointed in the klein knife and customer service form loadout
