Excellent service from placing the order, all the way to receiving it!
In my latest order, I ordered the Kewtech KT5 Tester and Pluglok.
I recieved updates for order confirmation, dispatch and when the item arrived.
The website is very easy to navigate and has a great selection of quality tools and equipment. The LOADOUT Instagram page is great too, it shows all of the items they sell.
If I am being picky, my only recommendation would be (if possible) is to show items that are out of stock with the products that are in stock as I had to use the search bar to search to see if they sold a particular item only then to see it was out of stock.
I will be ordering from loadout again, especially knowing that my order helps to support a small business instead of companies like Amazon 👍

As discussed on the phone the bag was shipped on the 5th of January following the Christmas break and order backlog, unfortunately on the 6th of January DPD failed to deliver the bag to your address and it is assumed to be lost in transit. We are now in the process of claiming against DPD. In the meantime, we will work to organise a bag or refund as soon as possible and we again apologise for the inconvenience caused by DPD.
