I had a great experience using this platform. The whole process was smooth, easy to follow, and everything was handled professionally from start to finish.

My pallet was delivered from Melbourne to Perth quickly and without any issues. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and I was kept informed every step of the way.

Delivered within time frame and the driver was very polite and assistance from staff and driver was great.

Using thier system for the first time cost me $542.
I got a quote for $1,516. I marked it up and sent to client that accepted freight. I clicked "Accept" in the latest email right next to "$1,516". Without realising at checkout the price changed to $2,058 and I paid...
No notifications, no email of new price, no highlighting of a change, no anything in the platform to prove their was a change. The driver also said they didn't change price.
Its now been close to a month and Loadshift are still "discussing with managers".
For now I'm sticking to TruckIt, haven't had any issues with them.

Loadshift has again proven to be a reliable and efficient platform for arranging to have things from A to B...even if that is only a move of 400m as was the case with our most recent engagement. A great service.
