Great service and excellent customer support team

Loadshift simply an intermediary. Their IT is not at the level eBay was in the early 2000s (opinion). Their phone number forwards you off shore to an outsourced Filipina call taker without your permission. Their carriers are not terminated for breaches of contract and if something goes wrong Loadshift have been deeply unhelpful off shore customer handling model. The payment arrangements are opaque and lack a simple escrow structure. Getting a refund for a carrier who repudiates a contract took 4 hours of messsges and calls over a 3 day period. Add to this start up melange further factors such as AI bots and carriers also outsourcing and off-shoring job booking and you have - as I have experienced- a very time consuming mess. So best avoided if you like a simple and straightforward life.

Loadshift worked well for me on this load.
There is plenty of communication coming on chat, text and email.
The overall price charged was $13 over what was quoted inclusive of fees.
The goods were picked up the same day as the posting and delivered interstate the next day.

The service provided was exceptional and our car was collected and delivered in less than 24 hrs from interstate!!! Highly recommend and will definately use Loadshift and Aleksandra G. again.

Terrible dodgy site...

I signed up and posted an ad, an hour later my phone number is being bombarded with scam sms messages. They are clearly onselling personal data, wish I had never posted on their site. Do not use them, you have been warned.

Hume Freight were very quick to quote, they replied promptly to messaging and the goods were delivered undamaged & well within an acceptable time frame.

Kaleb was excellent to deal with and went out his way to pick up my gear. Highly recommend!
