I ran into technical problem and originally I searched info online ( Locachang's official website and youtube channel). However, the issue persisted so I had to contact customer service. Luckily, Mariana was there to help. she was very kind, patient and professional.

I didn’t use the app as I have some security doubts for my phone. But Zoe replies my email promptly and understands my concerns and is willing to issue me partial refund.

Millie help me a lot when I have the confusing and very patience to explain the detail for me, by the way she help me to solve the problem perfectly.

Good support I had from Zoe

Well, it did the job. First time I installed and while installing I was 99% sure that this is a scam. Actually, who knows maybe after a year all my creditals will be leaked :)) However. First try didn't work and I lost any hope and asked for refund. After that I tried everything again more carefully following instructions and it worked. Not sure what's up with the location when Wi-Fi changes or Mobile data takes place. But looks that it should do the trick.
The support agent named Rica explained everything to me and persuaded me to try again. And it worked.
But with all access grantings password entering in such an app scared me a bit.
