Good product; good customer service
Good product. Good customer service. Catalina was nice and careful. She was very patient, and after a long conversation, we finally identified a bug/flaw in the current build of the program. Was told the dev team is working on it and will fix it in the next update. Overall very good experience given that nowadays customer services are usually useless chat bot, its more than just pleasant that we still have a caring human as customer service here.
