Beautiful flowers. I was a little worried about ordering flowers on line like this. But was very happy when I saw these beautiful flower

The service was tremendous! Being rushed and emotional I made a few mistakes on the order. They caught the mistake(s), rectified the order and were very kind, patient and professional.

Advertised online delivery to Madigan Army Medical Center. Failed to deliver there.

I just received a picture of the arrangement and it was absolutely beautiful. It was so easy to place this order with me being in SC. Thank you!

Ordered bouquet online for my daughter, who is a freshman first time away from home moving into her Syracuse University dorm. Bouquet was absolutely gorgeous, and delivered exactly when it was supposed to be. She loved it so much--thank you!

Item was scheduled early Saturday for delivery. It was not delivered and I was informed it would have been sent a Monday instead. Disappointed customer.

I paid for flowers for a funeral just to be told the day before the flowers were undeliverable. No apology no help.

I ordered birthday flowers two weeks ahead of the chosen delivery date. My order was accepted. One day before the delivery date, I was notified the local florists associated with this site could not make the delivery. I am now scrambling to find an alternative gift that can be overnighted to reach the recipient on her birthday.

Worst experience with a florist company. Ordered an arrangement for my grandmothers funeral on a Wednesday evening (8pm) to be delivered to a funeral home by the next evening. At 2 PM THE NEXT DAY (over 18 hours after I placed my order) I was informed via EMAIL that they could not fulfill my order. I luckily checked my email(had I not I would not have even known) to see this deplorable email- I immediately called and spoke with an extremely rude and unapologetic customer service rep and told her my concern. She didn’t care and only offered to plant a “tree” in my grandmothers honor or give a refund. I then demanded to speak with her manager, she was a bit nicer however they did not apologize about the untimely manner in which this was handled. Still waiting on my refund. Never use this company. Huge let down. I was left running around hours before my grandmothers funeral trying to put a floral arrangement together myself. Never again local delivery florist.

I had believed the flowers would be delivered today since the order was placed on time. I just received an email that because of the holiday (which is tomorrow), the local florists have declined being able to deliver, as hoped. I do not reside in the US and was just visiting for a while. My hostess was very kind and so I had wanted that the flowers be delivered before I leave tonight, so I could witness her surprise when she receives them. Unfortunately, I am told this is not possible after payment has been effected so I have asked that the flowers be delivered even in my absence, after I have left the country.

It was a beautiful arrangement of flowers.recipient was thrilled.

After spending all the time (and effort) to coordinate with multiple people and ordering AND PAYING FOR the flowers to be delivered by 10:00 am to a church for a funeral, I’m told they can’t do it!! What a waste!
