The flowers were beautifully arranged and delivered on time! I have used this service several times and am consistently pleased with the results!

A birthday bouquet was ordered 2 weeks prior to delivery on Nov 16th for my Mother’s 93 birthday!!! I received 2 confirmation notices that the flowers were delivered! They were not. When I phoned to inquire, not once but twice as the flowers were still not delivered the second day, I was advised that the florist could not be contacted and was not responding by phone or message. This is not a company I would use again if they do not use reliable florists!

Delivered on time and I was notified delivery complete. First time using this florist.

I will never use the service again. I only gave it one star because there was not a choice to give it zero. In all fairness it may not have been the service but the florist itself. Bottom line 5 days later my flowers were not delivered and I had to get a refund.

Was quick to order online and the delivery was very quick and they were beautiful.

Ordered fruit and flowers basket for my family as well as balloon bouquet upon birth of twins. Wrong order was sent, after they tried to fix it a basket of bruised fruit and nothing resembling what was described of flowers ordered was delivered but minus the expensive balloon bouquet though was still charged and upon calling for the third time was still given runaround... not impressed...balloons are still MIA... I don’t recommend this service

The only thing I disliked was their replacement choices for the flowers they didn't have in stock. The rest was very nicely done, the colors were good and the delivery was on time. Also the card was written correctly which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely use this company again should the need arise.

I was not pleased with the choice of flowers that were delivered at all. I ordered what I thought would be a lovely bouquet for a birthday and what was delivered was a small centre piece for the table. Very disappointed.

Hi the flowers were nice but were all completely bloomed. Other than that and they were not delivered same day as advertised, I feel it was too expensive for what I thought I was getting.
I was bummed a little...

Easy and delivered a beautiful bouquet

I'm still waiting for a refund. I ordered for a birthday bouquet to be delivered on a Tuesday. They didn't deliver because they didn't have my signature on the card. When I called to follow up, I was told the delivery would happen at 11am the next day. When I called at 3om to follow-up I was told they couldn't find a local florist and asked if I wanted to cancel. I asked for a refund and was told it would take just a few days If I never called, I highly doubt I would have gotten the update. This was on the 16th of Sept. It's Sept. 23rd and still no refund.

The arrangement I had ordered for my daughter's birthday It didn't look anything like on the web page. She was happy with flowers. AND that's what matters to me the most. Is that she is happy.

Delivery date badly botched. Surprise messed up

I needed flowers delivered same day, and the order and delivery went off without a hitch! They were received and got rave reviews!
