Very fast and delivered on time!

Impressed with the same day delivery and ease of ordering online (I was abroad and in a different time zone).
Not impressed with the actual size of the bouquet (much smaller) or the fact that the actual bouquet was only daisies and carnations when the one I had ordered should have contained roses.
Good for ease and efficiency, overall a rip off for quality

As a 76 year old widower, I found it easy to understand and fast. Very impressed.

The website said they could same day deliver on base, and then I got an email saying they could not, so I had them delivered to my home late in the day, so they did not make the same day delivery today was hopeful for. I was thankful I had them delivered to me and not the person I had intended to received them....because the flowers had already started to wilt when I received them.

I would have been embarrassed to have given them, so I kept that bouquet on my table, and I had to run to the grocery store to get a replacement. Thankfully they had flowers in stock that weren’t wilted and I was able to make my own arrangement.

While the flowers were still pretty, I would never have paid $85 for what I got. The grocery store flowers were in better condition than what I got.

Bottom line, I won’t be using this florist or site again to order.

It was exactly what I ordered!

The website and photo for my bouquet described it as having white daisies with pink mini-carnations, purple carnations, green pompoms, and a lilac ribbon, in a white basket. What I ACTUALLY got was white daisies, greenish-white carnations, and TWO other carnations, one white and pink, one purple. The basket was super cheap looking. All together NOTHING like described/pictured, which is disappointing considering how expensive they were to begin with.

I ordered for a few days after Mother's Day, so I know things are very busy, but that's no excuse: if you can't deliver what you charged me for, or an appropriate substitute (if I order something colourful, I expect not to get a basically all-white bouquet with only two colourful flowers!) you should either let me know and refund some of my money since you can't deliver what you sold, or not sell it in the first place. I feel very ripped off, the bouquet looked cheap and ugly, which ultimately didn't help my relationship with the person I bought it for. Very upset & dissapointed.

Flowers arrived when I wanted them and they looked great.

I would have given you 5 stars but your website could be better.

I was really disappointed. The recipient sent me a photo to say thank you and I thought the arrangement looked very poor and nothing like the image provided on the website.

You did not let me know that you were unable to fulfill my order until the afternoon that my order was supposed to be delivered. Therefore, I was unable to get another delivery for the same day.

Incredible service and proper precautions taken by delivering person. Would definitely recommend to others.

It was nice that they were able to find a local florist in the area that actually knew my aunt! I had put the wrong address, but they were able to call her and get it delivered🤩😎 job well done- thanks so much!

Very Nice service! they contacted me quickly to say that they won’t be able to have it done the date I’ve chosen but It was even more perfect for me to change it for the following day (wasn’t possible on the website)

BUT! So so disappointed by the bouquet which did not look at all like the image. If at least it was mentioned that it won’t look exactly like this depending on the florist..... because ok pink flowers, but the panier with the little noeud papillon please, where was it??? It was all the purpose of that bouquet, the reason why I’ve chosen it. And there where more green useless grass than flowers even though ive laid for a médium size which I think It was supposed to be A bit more consequent, more “generous” for the price I’ve paid
