A good telephone experience on the whole. Conversation changed when I said I didn’t
want to do Power of Attorney at the same time. Had to ring to get my final will posted out although they said they had sent one out earlier but I never received it.

The will writer was more interested in…
The will writer was more interested in applying high pressure sales to obtain extra product sales , and when he realised at this stage I just wanted the will written ,he seemed to have lost interest in dealing with what we paid for - the will , and he didn’t listen to our wishes ( my mother and me ) and got the will draft completely wrong .

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. I wanted to add a truest fund when my will was at draft stage. I received no advice about this when making the original will, I found out from a friend! I spoke to them on the phone and numerous occasions and several emails asking to be called after 4pm as I was at work. This was completely ignored and calls are still continuing through the day. I have now called and asked for a refund. As I am passed to 14 days cooling off period this is not possible. The only reason I am over the 14 days is all down the them. I have spoken to them and I am told they have no governing board I can complain to. Absolutely Shocking.
