LocateAnyPhone was convenient when I needed a family member to share their current location. They received a permission request instead of being located without their knowledge. The browser-based process worked well on my phone, and the result was presented clearly. I would appreciate more prominent billing information before checkout.

The website clearly explained that the phone owner needed to approve the request. Entering the number and sending the message only took a few steps. After permission was granted, the shared position was easy to understand on the map. More status information while waiting for approval would improve the experience.

I tried LocateAnyPhone with a family member who had agreed to share their location. The request arrived by text message, and the map helped us confirm the correct meeting point. I particularly liked that the service worked through the browser and did not require a complicated setup.

The country-code selector made it easy to enter an international phone number correctly. The other person had to approve the request before their location was shared, which made the process feel transparent. The instructions were clear, although a more detailed estimate for SMS delivery time would be useful.

After using their service to send a couple one off test SMSs to my phone, they attempted to charge me another $50 for no reason.

Do not use. Following the initial payment of £0.29 they deducted £49.80 from my bank. I accessed their help centre and was told that I had not cancelled my subscription.

They keep taking payments from my bank every month despite cancelling the subscription and reporting them through my bank. They've taken £99 in two months. Do not give this company your bank details under any circumstances

Never used their services, never even heard of them! Yet somehow they started charging our credit card $48.60 back in September thru December when I just now caught it. Crooks, scammers, fraudsters, beware of them!!!! I had to cancel our card to get credit for the $199.00. It's plain stealing, they should go to jail.

BEWARE with this page 'cause when you have a credit or debit card, this company stole your money on your bank. I´ve talked with my bank right now and I had to speak up because this company made an unauthorized automatic debit from my account. Block the card, otherwise they will continue to debit your account.

Es lo peor en servicio y la verdad son unos autenticos ladrones, lo peor es que los bancos autorizan el pago y no te dan ninguna solucion, despues se lavan las manos diciendo que es un servicio autorizado. Todo lo que ellos acen el karma les va a devolver mucho peor

BEWARE: This company is a scam. I have made countless attempts to cancel my subscription including on line and several back and forth emails over the past week, and have been forced to block my credit card to stop the billing.

Edit: disputed with my bank and I got my refund. I am blocking them in case they try to pull payments in the future.

One time payment for a useless “service” disguised as subscription plan. No mention that it is a subscription on website or in the emails you receive after. The subscription doesn’t appear on your iphone Subscription tab (paid with apple pay) and when you try ro cancel you speak to a bot that offers you 50% refund now or them “opening a dispute” with the merchant, I believe because more people would rather see at least some money back, rather than disputing it with a scammy company. Opened a dispute with my bank.

Scam!Nothing works and they keep charging you without signing up.It is a trap,the only way to stop them charging your account is to block them.

Two reasons these people are criminals:
1. The phone-locating service does not work, so their offer is a scam.
2. After taking the advertised £0.29 fee from your credit card, the next day they take more money. £40 has been fraudulently removed so far, and I suspect they'll try to continue.
It's astonishing that such companies can be allowed to exist, let alone have a platform on Google.

Scammers. They claimed 0.25 cents for the info. Then charged me ~45$ afterwards.

SCAM! I didnt realise until I read the reviews here. THEY DO NOT TELL YOU ITS A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION when you pay for the first time payment of only $0.30. its only in the fine prints, when you click on the small button which is something they do on PURPOSE. they have taken $66 from me.

This place just tried to bill my card and IV never used this site. Never used this kind of service.. now I'm trying to reach customer service and it's impossible. So I guess I'll just get ahold of BBB or someone who can make sure this place doesn't have a chance of doing that to nobody again. This is unreal. You just try to take peoples money that never use it and if people do your services is junk .. and neglect to give people a refund.. so stay by your phone because they'll be calling and I'll take it to court to make sure you don't do it again again.ill spend the money to take care of that.. since I can't communicate with a live person. Well Play ball and I'm all about it.
