Scam charges fraudulent company
I paid for 2 searches I am now being charged for a monthly amount I have disputed these charges and now keep no money in the account. I have emailed for help but to na avail. How do I opt out of this bloody scam. It comes up email address unknown. How do I stop you what do I need to do. Rubbish scam company do not trust

I cancelled once when talking to someone on the phone and now they are trying to take money out again after cancelling. There cancel email doesn't work either. When I try to log in it says my account doesn't exist but they are charging me.

I still don't know where the phone is!
Signing up and paying was very easy but I still have not found the phone. They were supposed to send me an email with a map and specific location details but I still have not received that. I only had to pay 50 cents for the service but using it is too confusing.

Company is a Fraud with Fraudulent Billing Practices
If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is operating under multiple names—LocatePhone and TrackerCellPhone—and their practices are highly suspicious. Despite changing my card number several times, they continued to charge me and even succeeded in processing payments a few times. I’m not sure if this is part of a subscription plan, but the fact that they are able to keep bypassing my card changes is alarming. Avoid this company at all costs.
