We contacted support regarding serious IP reputation issues that were directly impacting our application’s notification delivery. Instead of providing meaningful assistance or guidance, we were asked to share extensive internal and sensitive technical details (domain, SMTP configuration, company information, target audience, etc.), which we are not comfortable disclosing.
The issue itself was clear: the provided IPs are heavily blacklisted by multiple ISPs, making them unreliable for basic transactional email delivery. Unfortunately, the response felt procedural rather than solution-oriented, with no concrete steps offered unless we complied with information requests that go beyond what should be required.
For a service that is supposed to support reliable communication infrastructure, this lack of practical support and flexibility is concerning. We expected proactive troubleshooting or alternative solutions, not barriers.
Would not recommend based on this experience.

We are disappointed to read this review as it does not accurately reflect our interaction. We explicitly offered to discuss this further with you and try to help you instead of ignoring completely your request.
The IP might have been or not listed probably because of a previous customer, but that is not an issue. We can handle such request efficiently.
However, reliable email hosting requires transparency. We asked standard questions regarding your SMTP configuration and audience to ensure compliance with anti-abuse policies. Refusing to answer basic questions about your email practices prevents us from verifying legitimate usage and this approach of hiding the truth does not help.
We were ready to fix this immediately upon receipt of that information. Our support team is still available to complete this 5-minute task as soon as the required details and information are provided.

Unreliable service and zero responsibility from support
I paid for 3 months of VPS hosting at FREAKHOSTING just to test their service, and it was a complete mess.
They replaced my original VPS without explanation. Then the VPS kept disappearing from the control panel. After that, support claimed I needed to renew the server, even though I had already paid for 3 months in advance.
In the end, the server was deleted, and they blamed me for it. This is absurd, especially since I had 2FA enabled from day one and use a strong password. No logs, no real investigation — just “your fault.”
Unstable infrastructure and support that refuses to take responsibility. I would not recommend this provider to anyone.

We feel it is important to clarify the facts regarding this situation, as this review does not accurately reflect the support interaction. There were no infrastructure issues on our end; the logs we provided to you clearly showed that the errors were caused by user-side actions.
Furthermore, we did not ask you to pay to renew the service; we asked you if you want us to recreate the server instance to resolve the problem. Lately, the account and server were deleted because you specifically requested account deletion. We provided all evidence and logs transparently, but we cannot be held responsible for actions taken at the user's request or did in the past.
We wish you all the best with your projects in the future.
