Qonzer is a company formed by hosting industry experts and developers who, of their combined decades of profession, noticed negative trends such as overloading servers, bad hardware practice and generally ripping clients off becoming all to common place. Our mission is to stop and defeat these negative trends that we found to only benefit hosting providers whom focus is solely on money and not the quality of service clients are actually getting. In 2021 we started our market research, purchased game servers from over 20 separate providers and spoke to over a 100 game server clients who we found through open marketing. We decided to delve into this major gap (that shouldn't exist) in the market, identifying key problems and solving them with game-changing solutions. With Qonzer, there will be NO MORE, bad performance, costly services, lies about hardware and more specifically the amount of services running on machines. You deserve better and to know exactly what you are getting and this is how we've done it. We operate exclusively on premium hardware like the Ryzen 7950x and the 9950x. We don't engage in selling slots, and we believe in transparency and innovation. Our company ethos is Your Server, Your World. Excellence Service & Network

We were dealing with massive DDoS attacks, and even after trying several companies, none could handle the scale. It got to the point where providers started null-routing us, and for about three weeks, our game was unstable and constantly going down.

We worked with Qonzer, and Turion from their team helped us throughout the entire process. He really knows what he’s doing and stayed with us until everything was fully resolved.

Our game is fully operational, which honestly felt impossible before because of the massive attacks we’ve received, but there’s nothing impossible with these guys.

We really appreciate the support and dedication from Qonzer

Excellence Service & Support

As a customer from Australia, I needed to find a service that would provide stable connection that would not only suit those overseas but also work for me in Australia.
I have experienced other service providers but since using Qonzer, I can not only connect quickly but I don't struggle with lag etc. I'm not a tech savvy person so it's been nice having a reliable & friendly contact in Echo to solve any issues that may come up in a fast and timely manner.
Would 100% recommend!

Incompetent Support Team & Offering Products they don't have

This was one of the most frustrating hosting experiences I’ve had.

I ordered an AMD Ryzen 9 7950X bare metal dedicated server from Qonzer and informed support in advance that I would be purchasing it on a specific date. After waiting almost 48 hours with no communication, I contacted support to ask for an update on my order.

That’s when I was told they did not actually have any servers in stock for the location I had ordered, and they could not provide any ETA. I was offered a server in a different region, which I was initially willing to accept. However, the conversation then became even more concerning when I was told the server would not come with any DDoS protection at all, despite the “Standard” qGuard DDoS Protection Plan being advertised on the server page as included baseline protection.

The support responses were inconsistent and confusing. One representative gave me incorrect information, then another later contradicted it and clarified the issue. Instead of making the order right, I felt like I had to keep repeating why I had contacted them in the first place: I wanted the server I had already purchased. In the end, I was told they had nothing available in the location and specs I ordered, and I was only offered a much weaker downgrade.

Overall, Qonzer seems to advertise servers and delivery times that they cannot reliably fulfill. If I had not reached out myself, I likely would have waited much longer without any update. The support team also seemed much more focused on selling me protection tiers for a server that I didn't receive yet, than resolving the actual order issue.

Very disappointing experience and a complete waste of time.

Hello Julian,

While I regret we were not able to get you a server in the requested timeframe, we are always looking at better ways to educate our customers on the process for server deployments and why wait times exist. We agree that this confusion could be avoided in the future, so we have since implemented a change in how we display our server deployments moving forward and are asking customers to reach out directly for any questions or concerns on server orders.

When you reach out and order a service, we immediately order your specified server and begin provisioning. As we don't have every machine immediately available sitting in a rack we have to install your requested Operating System (OS) and machine model per order. This process usually takes less than 24 hours but is dependent on stock. When ordering we display the following message on the order form. "Dedicated Servers are generally deployed in under (insert time here)." This is not meant to be a guarantee of a deployment timeline.

In your instance we reached out and informed you that the location you selected would be delayed due to volume of orders and RAM shortages causing an extreme backlog in server deliveries across the industry. While the website does state that orders are generally deployed within 24 hours for your chosen location, we were attempting to find a solution with the timeline you specified.

We received your first request immediately after ordering on 13 APR 2026 at 1437. Your request was answered and we began discussing deployment timelines at 1446. The following day we informed you that stock was not going to permit a timely deployment for your requested server specifications in the location you selected so our team offered alternative locations and a free upgrade due to the delay which you agreed to. Then you mentioned that you would require DDoS protection. On our standard network we do offer a certain level of protection, but due to the limitations of that network we would not be able to adequately protect your service. We attempted to explain how our DDoS protection works and its capabilities. At no point were we trying to confuse or upsell you, but rather set a very clear and detailed expectation of the network you selected. After this you informed us to cancel and refund your order, which was completed immediately.

I would like to mention that this is fairly standard in this industry. Server deployments are not instantly deployed and do have provisioning timelines. Regardless, we want to apologize if we did not communicate effectively enough or came across in a way to not adequately explain this to you. We would like to thank you for your review and letting us know where friction appears. We view this as an opportunity to correct mistakes and we have added an additional disclaimer on the order form as well.

We would also like the opportunity to remedy any issues we may have caused you. Feel free to reach back out to our support staff and ask for anyone from our management team!

Unprofessional support – Banned for asking technical questions

I was looking to deploy a high-end Ryzen 9 9950X dedicated server in their Singapore region for a large-scale project. Despite being ready to pay for a premium build, the support experience was a nightmare.

I spent days trying to get clear answers regarding their network routing and IP pings, as their website was showing 275ms while CMD tests showed 75ms. Instead of providing a clear technical explanation or helping me verify the stability of their DDoS protection (GCORE), the agent became impatient and hostile.

After asking for clarification on the inconsistent test IPs they provided, the agent literally told me, "We are not going to allow your service here," and refused to answer further questions. If you are a serious developer or server owner who needs to know exactly what you are paying for, stay away. They clearly cannot handle technical inquiries or professional negotiations.

Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience.

Around six weeks ago I requested my server be migrated from Windows to Linux and was told it would be done that same day. It never happened, and I had to keep chasing support for updates.

I was also told when upgrading the server from Level 2 to Level 3 and then Level 4 that the upgrade would apply automatically. It did not, and I later discovered the server was still running on Level 2 despite the upgrade.

More recently I spent over eight hours trying to get a server migration sorted. During that time I had to repeatedly log back in to continue conversations and spoke to three different staff members. I was told the server would be moved to a Ryzen 9 9950X node, but after the migration completed it was still running on a 7950X.

This caused noticeable performance issues for our community server and a lot of unnecessary disruption. The lack of coordination between staff and the amount of time required just to get basic changes done was extremely frustrating.

Unfortunately because of these repeated issues I’ve decided to move to another provider.

Thanks for your message. I want to clarify a few points to make sure we’re aligned on what happened.

We don’t have any record of a support chat requesting a move prior to your recent messages. When you reached out several days ago about connection issues in certain regions, we responded by suggesting a suitable location based on your player base. Within a span of about five hours, you requested four separate moves, and each of those was completed within roughly 10 minutes. During that time, we did try to advise that the locations you were selecting might not be ideal for your international users and offered alternative recommendations.

Regarding the upgrade, these are processed automatically. Once payment is received, the server restarts and the upgrade is applied. We were unable to find a support request related to any issues with that process and our logs show your service restarted and applied the upgrade you ordered.

On the CPU question, we do not offer selection between specific processors like the 7950X or 9950X unless you are ordering a bare metal server. As noted in your chat, our team aimed to be transparent about this and explained that moves are handled by placing you on the least utilized machine in your chosen location. At no point was a specific CPU model promised in your support chat.

From what we can see, the performance concerns were unlikely related to the CPU. During your second move, your server was on a machine with only one other low-demand service running. The primary issue you reported was connectivity for international players, which is why our recommendations focused on location rather than hardware.

If performance concerns had been raised directly, we would have been more than willing to review your configuration with you and help identify any issues. We understand that server configuration can be complex, and we’re always happy to assist when we’re made aware of a problem.

We’re sorry to hear that you felt unsupported, but based on our records, we responded promptly to your requests and worked to guide you toward the best outcome. If you decide to work with us again in the future, we’d be glad to assist and ensure your setup meets your needs.

Mi primera vez con el host de un servidor, y la verdad que desde el minuto uno he tenido buena ayuda, recepción y soporte cuándo he tenido alguna duda o demás. Had a small issue i was unable to solve, asked for help in the live chat and Turion came in and solved it like a pro.

Qonzer have a great team and is perfect for anyone. Any issues i have that i don't know how to solve/fix, they help no questions asked. Turion was a god with helping. much respect to them all.

Buy this man a coffee.

While experience issues with one of our game servers for our group I reached out to the live chat support. I am not good with technology and the person on the other end was incredibly helpful. Not only did he help identify the issue with the updates, he manually pushed it through and got our server back in less than 10 minutes. I wish I could call this legend out by name but their chat support calls the agent "echo".

Bester Anbieter!!!

Ich bin als Admin extrem zufrieden, einen Anbieter gefunden zu haben der nicht nur erschwinglich vom Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist, sondern auch ein EXTREM guten Kunden Support hat. Un bon hébergeur mais du progrès à faire

Qonzer propose des services d'hébergement à prix abordables et performants.

Les + :
- Le prix
- La protection DDOS (G core)
- L'expertise du Patron (Turion)

Les - :
- Certains membres du support semblent manquer de formation et ont pu parfois raconter n'importe quoi au client (qui voit bien les problèmes en direct...)
- Il vaut mieux un support en heures ouvrables que 24/24 où on raconte des bêtises...
- Ne pas pouvoir changer les lignes de commandes de démarrage du serveur. Ça pose un vrai problème sur reforger et fait bug certains trucs (ex. sauvegardes)

Reforger, bien que ce ne soit pas particulièrement complexe, peut entraîner des conséquences importantes si les modifications ou l’édition des lignes de commande sont effectuées incorrectement. C’est pourquoi notre personnel est formé pour ne pas faire de suppositions, mais pour fournir des réponses claires et précises.

New to server renting, Qonzer's service fits me perfectly

The why?
Was looking for a server host, to have a minecraft server running for me and some friends.
Browsed around, saw a reddit thread recommind Qonzer, decided to give 'em a go and boy, they have not disappointed.
The support?
From start to finish or how ever long you need, they are there to help and guide you with the setup.
Their livechat support is great and not some AI-bot.
The price?
Prices seem fair to be honest and i feel like i'm getting my money worth with these guys.

I will surely spend my money here again, if i ever need to rent a server again.

Outstanding Support and Genuine Care from the QONZER Team

I want to take a moment to genuinely thank the team at QONZER, and especially Turion and Echo, for the outstanding level of care and dedication they’ve shown throughout my experience.

From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up properly and that I was comfortable every step of the way. Even when situations became challenging or required extra time and explanation, they never once stepped back. Instead, they consistently took the time to explain things clearly, answer questions thoroughly, and make sure I felt supported rather than rushed.
