Friendly staff
Friendly staff. Easy to get the car out of the Firenze ztl -- 3 left and gone. It was difficult to fine the parking lot for drop off in Palermo. I know that I went through a tollpass lane in errore and tried to pay several times on the autostrada with zero luck and when I dropped off the car. Will have to wait and see what the charge is.

A good experience; the staff was friendly at both pickup and drop-off, and the car was fine. The only thing was that the vehicle was dusty when we received it. The location for picking up and returning the car is good.

No estaba completo el tanque de…
No estaba completo el tanque de combustible. Decía 550 kms.de autonomía y al regresar y completarle el combustible decia 850 kms. de autonomía. Le faltaban alrededor de 15 litros, según nuestros cálculos. Eso es un robo , por eso las 3 estrellas; lo demás muy bueno.

The service was excellent, starting right at the reception desk, where the young woman’s assistance was wonderful; she explained everything clearly and answered the few questions we had.
