Loch Lomond Travel Reviews 

The trip itself was great, thoroughly enjoyed. However, the bus that was hired did not meet our expectations, when it arrived late, it was almost full. No-one sat at allotted seats, so my friend and I were at the back sitting on a wheel. The journey left us both feeling sick, due to the heat on the bus, air conditioning did not appear to be working & I asked the driver if the rooflights could be opened but they couldn't. The driver was not the most communicative leaving the bus without letting us know what time to be back when we reached Falkirk.

i went on a day trip with Lochlomond travel . to pittanweam . the bus was a half hour late no real reason given for this . the driver never said anything about the trip when all passengers were on board and only information was when we were to be back on the bus, bus was comfortable , wi -fi charger didn,t work i heard so much about friendly , helpful drivers . the location was a great day out , and the above reasons would not put me off booking again .

Had a great day out to the Kelpies and then high tea at Bannockburn with entertainment . The trip was well worth the money , food was great and the entertainment was very good with everyone up dancing 😃well worth the money

The pickup time awas 2:30 from Buchanan Street, it was 45 mins late, we got picked up at 3:15. Only had a short time in Edinburgh. I was told the bus would return to Glasgow between 10pm and 10:30. We got back to Buchanan Street at 11:30. Missed our connection and had to get a taxi home.

Our second trip in a fortnight with LLT and great again. This one was a couple of days at Holy Island and Beamish. Was excellent both places are lovely and would recommend a visit. Alan our driver was excellent, friendly and very informative and made sure everything was okay. Hotel was lovely and perfectly situated. Weather stayed good. Would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic mystery day tour….from AIRDRIE…..2 miles from my home. Did one from Glasgow, which was good, but as it is one bus per hour from home to Glasgow…..the day was too long for me.
Driver, Sandy, had a lovely manner and was very helpful.
Loved the trip, despite it pouring down while at Luss.
Would certainly do more from Airdrie. Also, considering doing a European holiday with my daughter (from Glasgow, obviously) if I can get travel insurance arranged.
P.S. bus first went to Lomond Shores (hate shopping) and had great time doing the lovely woodland walk. Nan.

We booked a mystery tour for Wednesday 29th July, and the booking process was straightforward, with no issues at all. The coach was excellent, clean, tidy, and driven by a very pleasant driver. I hadn’t charged my phone before we left so I brought my charger just in case the coach had modern facilities, and it did, including charging points. The trip was excellent; I could sit back, relax, and enjoy the journey with a capable driver at the wheel. Our first stop was North Berwick, where we had enough time to stretch our legs and have lunch. We then travelled along the scenic coast to Dunbar, our final stop, where we had plenty of free time. We would certainly recommend Loch Lomond Travel and will definitely use them again.

Went to a three villages tour on Wednesday and it was really lovely , good company, comfortable seat and the driver was excellent, keeping us informed at all times .

Went a Mystery Tour with company. First and last time. Food at hotel was terrible. Would only take card payments at bar for drink. Only nice place we seen was Windermere and chester the rest was of the week for shopping city center . That no good is you want to see nice scenery.

Hi went to aviemore on friday 24 july left 8-50 got there 4-45 in afternoon every ones legs where killing them,two hour stop in Perth which was to long ,,driver elder only seemed interested in pain in the backside people from dunoon and a couple of ladies up the front who kept swearing all the time ,,would never go again no entertainment at all rubbish

The entire experience was excellent from the outset. I had to change my booking as one of our party had to cancel. This was sorted quickly and efficiently after a call to the office.
Our driver Bob, fully involved us in the mystery, this was brilliant. The bus was clean and well equipped. The stops to Aberdeen were superb, Stirling and Broughty Ferry with a good amount of time in each place.
Onwards to Aberdeen. The Brittania hotel was clean, we were accommodated with a three occupant room, the evening meal was excellent and we ventured into Aberdeen after dinner. Hopped on and off the 172 from the main road. Returned to the hotel to find that we had entertainment which was a lovely surprise. The singer was very good.
Breakfast was good and then onto the bus at 10. We left promptly with the promise of 2 stops on the way home. We had a joyous 2 hours in St Andrews and then up the road to Anstruther which was wonderful. Thank you for organising the great weather when the forecast was for rain. We participated in coach bingo which was a great laugh. Loch Lomond travel you offered us an excellent value for money overnight stay and it was absolutely brilliant. I will be booking again.

Nice stress-free way to travel to a gig. Clean coach, friendly staff, prompt pick up. Would consider using again.

Absolutely excellent service. Easy to bookonline. Used bus for concert in Edinburgh, took the hassle out of getting home after the show. Bus was clean and comfy and driver friendly. Arrived and left on schedule. Using Loch Lomind travel for future concerts. Pleasure to deal with, highly recommend.

Jim was a brilliant driver, got us there and back no issues at all! Good emails beforehand as well from LLT advising where to go and when to be there. Would highly recommend!

The coach was great. Spacious and cool inside which I loved as I hate being too warm. The coach was full but it didnt feel closed in and jammed. The driver was well dressed, courteous and well mannered. Will definitely use again in future.

We booked Loch Lomond Travel to take us to the Luke Combs gig in Murrayfield and it was the best decision we made.

Booking the coach tickets was super simple, the company kept us up to date with emails with pick up points etc and reminders.

The coach picked us up from Buchanan Bus station in Glasgow and dropped us a short 10 minute walk from murrayfield and then returned us to Glasgow after the gig, stress free!

The coach was very clean and comfortable and the driver was great. This is the first time i've used a coach company for gig travel and it won't be the last, we would definately use Loch Lomond for any future gigs in Edinburgh.

A terrible experience with no notification the coach would be parked a 45 minute walk from the advertised venue.

Our trip to Oban and Inveraray was all the more pleasant because we didn’t have to drive. Our driver, John, was very informative and had good stories of the places we passed on the way.
