I sent an image of a key, as no one so far can cut one even though I borrowed the sane jet from my neighbour.

I took a pic and customer service responded quickly to say they can get one cut.

What a refreshing change, I have had to 2 problems with key orders , 1 was a broken lock the other was my fault . On both occasions I was sent an email advising me of the cause of the problem , the remedial action they were taking, and I received replacement keys and a new lock within days.
It was so unusual to see a company that had so much confidence in there product and service that they DARED to put their address and phone number on their internet site and actually put a persons name on their emails.

I had lost one of only two keys for a 96" Tool Chest, none of the local key cutters could help. I sent a picture to Lockdoctor.biz on Monday afternoon the key was identified and i had three new keys via the post on Wednesday and they all work perfectly. Fantastic service with no fuss.

I ordered some locks and keys from this place - Amanda was good helping which one to choose therefore nice customer service and they came super quick in the post plus it was cheap cheap cheap comparied to other sellers!

Outstanding service, quick and well priced.

I bought 2 cylinder locks in Galway Lock Doctprs.The items were not scanned. I paid €30 each but priced them subs
equently at €14.21 each. If this is the ethical business standards operated by this franchise my advice is to avoid.

I sent a picture of a key with the number at 3pm and paid by card mins later, and to my surprise 9.30am the next day 2 keys arrived,i will defo use lockdoctor again.
It was as simple and easy way to purchase keys and i am still shocked how quick i got it all from a photo!
